Present Time Karlsson On The Edge Wall Clock, Black

Love this clock looks great on the wall and works well. I’ve owned it for several months and no problem. Looks expensive on wall but it’s simply plastic!

Very elegant stylish wall clock, was exactly as described. That's the one thing everyone coments about when they come over! I love it!

I bought this clock because I thought that the hour-hand had a light source that illuminated the current hour (and a little of the hours above and below it). I thought: highlighting the hours as they pass - what a great concept! This impression was supported by the photos of the clock on Amazon, photos of similar clocks by the same maker on Amazon, and even photos of the product on other websites, including the company's own website.We were therefore extremely disappointed on arrival to see that it is no such thing. It's just ... well ... black on black! You really have to strain your eyes to see the time, especially at a distance (we were planning to put it fairly high on a wall)Also, I hate to say again, because there are a lot of fine products manufactured in China these days, but this was flimsy, poorly-executed junk! Charging $36 for this, I bet the company makes a nice, clean profit of at least $33.Why can't they execute their original concepts better than that???

The clock is not what I expected, it’s just cast in one colour of plastic, you’re more likely to see the numbers if you only allow light from one size, even then in the late evening the numbers are challenging to see (I don’t have much light at that side of the room in the evening to be fair) The hands are VERY flimsy so be careful not to bang or bend them. I am concerned that’s why I’m going to have to replace it.In all honesty, had I seen it before buying it, I wouldn’t have bought it...... but I didn’t return it either!

Very stylish wall clock. But got it with totally broken minute hand. Shame.

This is a good looking clock, however the quality isn't quite what I expected. The actual mechanism and it's hands are quite flimsy for the price.

Die Uhr an sich ist wirklich sehr schön designed. Sieht einfach wirklich toll aus, dafür definitiv mein Lob. Was mir jedoch wirklich sauer aufstößt ist das Uhrwerk und die Verarbeitung.... Das Uhrwerk ist einfach billig Dreck aus China. Kaum angekommen war Sie eigentlich auch schon wieder defekt. Die Uhr lief ca. 10s und hörte dann magischerweise auf zu werkeln. Erst nach etwas tüfteln bemerkte ich das man etwas Pappe oder sonstiges zwischen Uhr und Uhrwerk stecken muss, damit die Uhr mal zuverlässig läuft. Auch die Verarbeitung ist nicht erste Sahne: Der Minutenzeiger "schleift" gern mal an den Zahlen, da diese ja erhöht sind. Die Zeiger an sich sind dünne "Alufolie" die beim bewegen leicht vor sich hinwackeln, und etwas verbogen/krumm sind sie ebenfalls.... na wenigstens kann man so die Uhr nach Funktionstüchtigkeit prüfen :) Also am besten die Uhr erst auch gar nicht bei Vor- bzw. Nachlaufen an den Zeigern stellen.Wenn Sie einmal hängt und funktioniert sieht sie aber wirklich toll aus.

Cuando me pongo a cocinar, miro siempre la hora a la que hierve el agua en este magnífico Karlsson KA5311WH y echo el arroz y cuento 20 minutos. Nunca se me pasa.Consejo importante: La aguja grande marca los minutos, y la pequeña, las horas. Si no lo sabes, puede que cocines el arroz durante 4 horas, y no queda tan bueno.

Ho acquistato questo orologio da parete per l'estetica....Molto bello ed elegante e perché non aveva la lancetta dei secondi che emette quel fastidioso ticchettio.Purtroppo non so come, ma il ticchettio c'è comunque. Si sente solo se c'è silenzio.Peccato!

Si buscas algo diferente y no te importa gastar un poco más, es una buena opción. Da la hora y además tiene un llamativo diseño que queda perfecto en una casa moderna.

Aufgehangen sieht diese Wanduhr schön aus und tickt recht leise. Über das Uhrwerk kann ich nach einer Woche natürlich noch nichts sagen. Was aber seltsam war: Die Uhr ging anfangs nach. D.h. nach 20 Minuten lief sie 5 Minuten weiter. Habe mehrere Batterien ausprobiert und die Uhr 5 x richtig gestellt! Wollte sie schon zurückschicken - aber siehe da, am nächsten morgen lief sie richtig.

Nach einem halben Jahr hat sich der große Zeiger gelöst und hängt jetzt herunter.Die Uhr ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen!

Decisamente troppo costoso per la plasticaccia con cui è fatto. Potevano almeno sprecarsi e farlo in vetro o in qualche materiale migliore. Attenzione anche alle lancette, si piegano MOLTO facilmente
