I bought these so I can play a card game (Hanabi) where you can't see your own cards but you can see everyone else's. They are solid wood. The magnets are a nice touch so you can have three different sizes of tray — short, medium, and long. The cross-section shape is clever, as it works for cards but also thicker things like tiles and dominoes. I like these trays so much I immediately ordered a second set for games going up to eight players (such as Mexican Train). I'm rating only 4 stars rather than 5 because the wood is a little under-finished. A few minutes with some 220 grit sandpaper should make them silky smooth. Also, because this is unfinished wood, do-it-yourself makers could finish each tray in a different color. If you are looking for a gift for someone who plays dominoes or cards, these would be appreciated.

I play dominoes with friends on a monthly basis. Bought these and tried them out at our March game, and everyone loved them.We've played with several kinds of holders previously, but these are the best by far. Each holder is made of two sections, held together by a magnet - so you can use it for a single row of dominoes or two shorter rows. Ingenious and well made.They are more expensive then some of the other holders but I think they're worth it.

These are perfect for my family. We like to get together several times a week to play dominoes, but my husband was having a difficult time holding his tiles in his hand. These solved that difficulty beautifully, and to be honest we all prefer to use them. I did put a clear coat on them because we play outdoors. They darkened slightly, but still look great. I would recommend these to everyone. The way they snap together magnetically is very smart too.

Bought these to solve the problem of not being able to see the colors on my Qwirkle tiles and they work perfectly. Comes with 8 racks, 4 each of the two sizes, so that you can mix and match how long you want for your game. Very sturdy; made of nice wood.

I was looking for a card holder and dominoes holder...then I got lucky and found this. It is absolutely wonderful and I really love it a lot. There are two pieces to each holder connected by a magnet. One piece is longer than the other. I use both pieces when playing dominoes but I prefer to use the longer piece only when I play cards. The wood is beautiful and it is sturdy. I highly recommend this product.

These are great! We love them. My kids have trouble holding lots of cards at once. Have used this for UNO and Catan so far.

After trying to work with card holders that are too small or not long enough to hold many cards, or that have tiered slots that are inconsistently spaced, these card holders are a welcome change. I can't praise them highly enough. The design is brilliant, the workmanship excellent, and the magnets work beautifully. The rack allows me to see all my cards at a glance, and they work perfectly with dominoes, too. Great product!

We love these trays!! very sturdy, nice looking, don't have to worry about NOT knocking against the table and knocking the dominoes over!! and the cork on the bottom keeps em in one place... No rough edges! love em enough to buy 2 more sets!!
