I no longer eat rice so I sprinkle some of these kelp shreds on salads, cooked vegs, and just tonight I put some in my tsukemono. On eggs, meats, just about anything. I even snack on it. If I wasn't in lockdown because of this pandemic, I would just go over to Nijiki and buy a couple more packets, thus saving me shipping costs.
