Would this work with regular nail polish if I use a up light?

Apply the base coat, cure. Apply the top coat and cure. Apply regular nail polish allow to dry fully. This will allow regular polish to stay on longer and you can change out the color if you get bored. Sometimes if you put gel topcoat over regular polish it will wrinkle and get weird or the top coat peels right off. I tried the matte topcoat over regular polish and it got weird and wrinkly then came off gummy after a few days.

Why are my polished drying sticky? My finger imprints when i do a touch test after 120 seconds

I dried mine under the UV light for 60 seconds. It remains tacky until you wipe it with alcohol. It will then be good to go. However, I did not find this particular product to be durable. Meaning it did not last more than a few days before it started to wear near the tips of the nails. It also chipped. I tried it 3 times before I gave up and didn’t use it again. I was past the return window of 30 days. I don’t recommend this brand of gel polish because it wasn’t durable either.

Can this be used as a top coat on if I use another brand of gel polish?

I don't see why not. I did that when I used it. I also had an allergic like reaction not long after that though. Not sure if it's from mixing brands or my skin not liking the matte gel. I had lots of tiny itchy red bumps on my cuticles. They were swollen and tender. If you notice anything funky I would take it off right away.

This is my first gel purchase. There was no times on the package, How long do theae need cured for?

Dear, Usually you only need 60 secs for curing our gels. If you're not able make sure each coat of gel was very thin, you can play it safe and will be alright with 60-90 secs. Kind regards
