What page?
I like this book. Simple quick and healthy recipes. The book pages had NO page numbers, but the contents listed a page for every recipe. I used a pen and put in page numbers. Works just fine

Only Eaten Quinoa Once Before…
Usually not a fan of quinoa and I had only eaten it once before but at my wife’s insistence (she’s on a health kick) I bought this book.Honestly I have to say, I didn’t expect to enjoy the recipes.I thought the next few weeks was going to be me forcing down my wife's food and pretending to enjoy quinoa. But thankfully the recipes we’ve cooked from this book so far are delicious.Had the Sriracha hot bites for lunch yesterday and the quinoa chilli for dinner. Both were amazing. We have yet to try any of the breakfast recipes, so I can’t comment on those yet. Seems strange to eat quinoa for breakfast, but who am I to say?Good book on quinoa, if you’re like me and thought you didn’t like quinoa you might want to give one or two of these recipes a shot.

A great way to add another superfood to your diet
I try to incorporate organic food and super foods in my diet as much as possible. Quinoa is a super food that I was not familiar with until I got this book. This looks like an incredibly versatile food which lasts for quite a while before it is no longer usable. This book does a good job of explaining what quinoa is and what vitamins it contains along with the other great benefits of this super food, like losing weight. The recipes are simple and easy to make which is another huge benefit. There are recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner so you can incorporate this superfood in any meal you make. The book is easy to understand and I am looking forward to introducing another great food to my diet easily.

very slim information
I'm giving this 3 stars because I have been studying quinoa for a while now and cooking with it, and wanted more in depth knowledge. Also, the book didn't really have interesting recipes. They weren't very flavorful. Quinoa can be very bitter if you don't know how to cook it, which is why I needed something different than this book. Not very in-depth. If you're new to quinoa, this might be a good fit. Third star because I know how difficult it is to publish a book. Good job.

Recipes that highlight quinoa's true versatility
I think most people these days are well and truly aware of the incredible health benefits of quinoa but there's just one problem - how do you actually cook it? Sarah Sophia has written a book that not only shows you the basics of how to cook quinoa, but also just how versatile this pseudo-grain can really be. The sheer range of recipes in this book really impressed me, from Afrikaans soup to stuffed pears. Whether you're looking to try making quinoa at home for the first time or you already love making it, there's something for everyone in this book.

Great book on the versatility of quinoa
I have been eating quinoa with various fruits and nuts with almond milk for breakfast for some time. After Sarah has shown me how versatile this grain is for all meals, I will definitely be trying those recipes also. The book is very well laid out with ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have only had the book for a week or so and have tried a few of the breakfast recipes, which turned out great. I look forward to trying this protein rich grain for other meals.

MISSING PAGE NUMBERS, DON’t BUY
Good variety of recipes. Love that the recipes are easy to read with good margins and spacing between lines.. The index is complete and clear with a listed page number for each recipe. BUT THERE ARE NO PAGE NUMBERS FOR THE RECIPE SECTION! I do not have the time to look through the book to look for recipe names. PLEASE REFUND!

Very poor quality.
It was delivered on time. It was rated as very good as the pages weren't written on and the spine was good, however the cover was very badly bashed up As for the content of the book, it seemed as if it was a privately published pamphlet. The pages weren't numbered, although the recipes were. It appeared to be written by somebody who did not speak English very well, and it most certainly was not proof read. The recipes were rather mediocre. Most certainly not recommended. Very poor indeed. Waste of money.

Lots of recipes listed both sweet and savoury
Lots of recipes listed both sweet and savoury. I have seen similar recipes in other books but there were a few I hadn't came across that made the book worth getting. I like that the author spoke about batch cooking which makes sense if you have a big family, work full time or both. All in all worth a look.

Nice little collection
Nice little collection of quinoa recipes - not full of salads as most do but real delicious-looking combinations which I intend to try. Taught me something new about how I can enjoy quinoa.
