Just got this and it cleaned my whole house with one charge! The dust bin is a little small and you have to empty frequently but that will be the case for any machine line this due to the small size. So if you need more dustbin space, get a vacuum. But if you have shedding animals like me, this is a life saver. Can program times and days for it to run. Goes back to charging on its own!Edit from 4 to 5 stars: OK THIS THING IS AMAZING. IT LITERALLY CAUGHT A MOUSE AND THE BIN IS SO AIR TIGHT I DIDN’T EVEN SMELL THE RAT DECAYING. Shook is an understatement!

Well... from the reviews here, it looks like a great five star review is not going to last for you. To anyone needing parts, I got spare parts via Amazon. I just need to know where is a service center to send my D960 in for repairs!I love the thing. It's been working hard since I got it but the cliff sensors got pushed in during cleaning because they were not properly secured during the manufacturing process.If there is no service center, and there's no problem with me breaking the "warranty" seal, since it appears that your service and warranty is invalid and a scam, can you at least post a technical manual with a parts list? I can do repairs ( I am pretty good at fixing things since I am in charge of troubleshooting at a nuclear power plant).The thing is actually pretty good... I would just like it to last more than a year.Oh... it has no homing capability... I have to search for it most days to clean it and return for a charge.

I was not a big believer in robotic vacuums but I thought for a little over a hundred dollars, I'd take a chance on this one. I am very happy with it so far. It runs for 2-3 hours (maybe longer, I don't know because I don't keep track). When we start it, we leave home and come back to find it in it's cradle. The dust bin is ALWAYS full of stuff when I go to empty it. I don't know where it finds it all. It's so nice to just have it "sweep" the hardwood floor every day or two. It gets under the bed much easier than we can so no more dust bunnies to deal with. I am really thrilled with this unit and it has made a believer out of my wife also. For the price, you can't go wrong.

I initially liked the vacuum. It did not go in paths correctly but I have a small apartment so it normally eventually ended up reaching all areas. However after 8 months it has completely stopped working. It will go about a foot then spin around and shut off.

My vacuum quiet working after a year of hard work. I figure the rechargeable battery was the problem. Not very good sucking power. Vacuum only lasted a year and no longer works. Pretty disappointed with product overall and its performance before it decided to stop working. If you want a product that is reliable and has good customer service this is not the product for you.
