I really like this spoon. I bought it mainly for stirring tea, coffee, hot cocoa... stuff like that. And I will mainly use it in a mug that I bought at a dollar store that's larger than the average coffee mug. Although I like the size - it's a perfect fit for a larger mug because it doesn't get in the way while drinking - keep in mind that this is a smaller spoon. I didn't know what to expect, but those that say it's smaller, they're absolutely right. I say a touch smaller than your average teaspoon in a silverware set. It's a little rough around the edges, as though it wasn't polished enough. But if that doesn't bother you (it doesn't bother me), and if the little imperfections don't bother you, then consider this a pretty decently made utensil. It has nice weight to it as well, and feels really sturdy for how small it is.Also, the little holes in the skull's design feel funny while running over your lips. I wouldn't necessarily suggest this for eating much, mainly for the obviously reason of three holes in it, so thinner soups wouldn't do so well with this. However, if you're eating something chunkier, I suppose it would be alright. But, for a few bucks - 3.15 - and getting on 3-16 (If anyone gets that reference, for what it's worth, I love you forever), I say it's a pretty neat spoon. I'm glad I decided to get it. I was looking for a unique spoon to use with my teas and coffees, and I received just that in this little treasure. I recommend.

Husband really enjoys this spoon. So much so that he asked me to order a few more for Christmas presents for family friends, and co-workers (he's a crane operator, and supervisor at an ironworks company).***We have had this spoon for over 6 months. It is the spoon that is kept at the coffeemaker every morning during coffee time, then washed, and returned to the front of the coffeemaker.Personally I really like it as a coffee spoon, however it doesn't scoop the husbands sugar fast enough for his liking (he likes super sweet black coffee).*(BUT it maintains its position by the coffee pot because it is awesome for stirring!! The holes make it fantastic for this!Plus the spoon has good weight, feels good in the hand, looks cool, and 6 plus months later it still looks brand new.At this price (less than $3) a set of these would be nice to have when you have friends for coffee, or tea. Also would go great with Sugar Skull themes, during Halloween, ect.Very nice spoon. Better quality than the price would suggest.Nice packaging too if you are considering giving as a gift. 😉

My wife has another skull sugar spoon, so when I saw this one I made sure a second one would be welcome and ordered it. Even though she knew it was coming she squealed when she opened it. The handle is longer than our original spoon so it can be used in small glasses in addition to tea and coffee mugs. When you spoon up the sugar, the eyes and jaw filter out and it is encouraging to use less sugar just to sea the skill pattern after it empties! The old one is in the white sugar and the new one is in the sugar in the raw spoonable container or nearby. I love them!

This is a very cool spoon. I bought it as a gift so it has not been used yet, but it is made of very sturdy metal and looks awesome. My only disappointment is that it was shipped from china in a clear bag that was in a white mailer. In the picture the spoon is on a cool looking cardboard package. Because of it's poor presentation, I am not sure how I will present it as a gift now. I will probably add it in with some other things or tie it to a package. The spoon is as cool looking in person as it is on Amazon. I would say you could get about a teaspoon of sugar on the spoon to mix into your coffee or tea.

Nice teaspoon. I think 8$ is a little steep for a single teaspoon, but this one is cool.For those who are wondering, this is the Sugar Skull spoon which shows up on Amazon for ~19.99, so save yourself 12$ and buy this one.I imagine if you happen to be an absinthe drinker, this will not be a perfect spoon but it should do the trick and the extra style points should get you by.If wormwood is not to your liking, this spoon will also work nicely in candy bowls at Halloween.If you do not throw parties on Halloween this spoon works as a nice reminder that the reaper waits for us all, when you give it to people for their 30th, 40th, 50th, etc "over the hill" themed birthday party.

Still perfect looking years later! 8-6-21I just received these spoons and have not used them yet, but am pleasantly surprised by the quality. They are a lot heavier and more substantial than I thought they would be. They rival the feel and thickness of my Oneida flatware. They also have a very nice finish with a perfect shine. I had ordered two and both came in the same small bubble envelope which had me worried before I opened it that they would be damaged from scratching against each other. I was happy to see they were in individual bags inside the envelope and showed no damage. I am giving one of these to my sister-in-law who loves skulls as much as I do so I am very happy with how nice they turned out to be.

I was looking for gifts for my best friends birthday, when I came across this tea spoon, I knew instantly I had to get this for her. She loves sugar skulls, day of the dead things. And this is definitely something I've never seen before.She was SOOOO happy when she saw it, and for the first few day after I gave it to her, she would show it to me everyday when I went over there..lolThe spoon is really high quality and has a good weight to it, which is actually really important to me.I would DEFINITELY recommend this spoon to to any skull lovers out there. I'm actually going to be ordering another one for my 22 yr old daughter :)

It is pretty, and as expected. Good quality. The only downside is that if you actually end up using it, the edges of the skull can hurt a bit when you pull it out of your mouth. Not that it's designed to be a functional piece, though.

This spoon is beautiful and useful for anything but soup. Need a utensil for magic potions? This spoon. Need something to feed a baby cough syrup? Probably not this spoon unless you want to give it a few tries... but it would look cool in a staged baby photo. Yes, if looks is what you look for in a spoon - this spoon is for you. You could, as I have, use it for your morning sugar intake - this is a resonable and illogical way to trick yourself into consuming less sugar which, surprisingly, has worked for me. Need a present for that sullen teenager who is covered in sharpie hearts and skulls? This spoon. Need a spoon for impressing one night stands? This spoon. This spoon is the answer to every spoon based question that I can think of aside from the aforementioned soup issue. This spoon is the spoon. Buy it. I'm going to go and buy some more. 5/5, am buying more right now :)

Looks great, decent quality and works as expected

Very good material it doesn't look cheap. The size is the one of a normal tea spoon, not too small as I expected. Very cute, I love it.

The perfect spoon for its ascetic alone, it is a great way to watch your sugar intake for morning coffee or tea. Tried it with soup its a no go, but works surprisingly well with fruits and desserts
