The best tool for its intended purpose!!
Hands down the best tool for its designed intentions!! I also have this same model that is 10yrs old and still works like a charm when I’m not on the road.. I needed another prep tool and the quality of a lasting tool makes this a great purchase..The rosewood is beautiful. I would recommend to massage a few drops of oil (evoo,coconut,baby). Whatever kind you have will work fine. And do so to the outer surface only. The one I purchased arrived a little “dry”. The oil will bring out the beauty in wood and add a protective layer adding to its longevity of all KINDS of prepping..

Could have been nice
Looks great, feels great, and worked grea......the first time. After first use the pins inside must have bent because now very hard to turn, and very difficult to use now. Go with a more solid metal option. Too bad, would have been perfect.
