It works wonderfully.
I bought this product to correct a slouch in my posture and I have found it to work wonderfully. It is a little fidgety when it comes to adjusting it but with trial and error one can get the hang of it. It is recommended to start of slow but I decided to try it on for an hour the first few times and see how it goes; suffice to say I did not feel much discomfort and I can say with a very high level of certainty that I am more conscious of the way I stand. I plan on using this for a few more weeks to see if there are further improvements.One thing that I need to make absolutely clear is that do not sit and use it the first few days, people tend to slouch when sitting thereby reducing its effectiveness. I recommend wearing it when going for a 20 min to 30 min walk. The other thing to keep in mind is to not fight it when wearing it. Push your shoulders back a bit and chest out until you feel the pressure dissipate, that is you forcing your body into correct posture. Take some time with it and be patient. Actually surprising how you can feel your posture change
Maybe I shouldn't have been surprised, the reviews looked good and for a few years my chiropractor has been telling me to tuck my chin and pull my shoulders back etc.... Well, immediately after putting on it pulls your shoulders back, it has pads for underarms in case it feels tight there but I didn't need them. After about 45m I took it off as it was feeling awkward to cook while wearing (keep in mind this was during the first few days). I have continued to increase the time worn daily and am continuing to see and feel the benefits. I am hoping that eventually my body will 'learn' to straighten up itself after more time but if not I will still continue to use. My wife tried it also and felt it helped her also.

Okay fit, definitely makes a difference
I was skeptical, but after trying it for almost two weeks I noticed significant changes in my posture. I have back pain due to my poor posture and have had a slight decrease in pain as well. One of the more comfortable back supports.
Got this support because my last one wasn't very comfortable around the armpits, and I'm pretty happy with it. Very soft and comfortable spongy material feels good against you. There are no scratchy edges or rough areas. Fits pretty tight and snug though, make sure you're a slimmer build when buying. Not very bulky, is discrete and can be hidden in public easy, and fits just like a backpack. I need to work before a computer. Being keeping the same posture for a long time really hurts my neck and shoulder. With this good support, I will no longer suffer neck and shoulder pain. Perfect for static posture correction
Easy to use product and does the job!!!! I have been wearing the support for three weeks on and off now. Even when not wearing it I am now mentally considering my posture. I have suffered greatly from neck, shoulder and back pain due to poor posture at the keyboard, piano or through stress. Better feel, better look!
I have problems with my upper back, shoulders and neck caused by my wrong posture. As I constantly forget about the right way to keep my back and neck I feel inconvenience, pain and mussels tension most of the times. My massage therapist reminds me about the importance of correct posture. Unfortunately, during a day that is the last thing for me to think about... The Posture corrector is a great reminder! Reduced body pain! Yay!
I’ve own this for two weeks now and can easily say this is a great investment. I’ve have bad posture with week upper chest muscles( hitting the gym to fix that area lol). My job is physical and those combined had given me terrible back, shoulder, and neck pain. My chiropractor suggested I get a posture corrector to help take the tension of my back. Ever since then, my form is better. A lot of the pain has greatly reduced. The thing that you got to keep in mind is size. If your too big, it’s hard to get on and tighten so it’s snug. If your too small, you may not be able to get it tight enough. Overall an excellent product.
