Ordered 3 and 2 didn’t work out of the box, the third quit after the 4th use

Can't get it to work with WINDOWS phone which it claims is compatible.
Save your money if you have a windows phone. Also not compatible with older versions of Android. FAIL!

Not easy to use. Complicated. No app
The product did not work easily. Not easy to use. Instruction manual was not very helpful. No website with good instruction info or FAQ. Not Worth the money. Better to spend money on something that's easy to use.

Defective, doesn't work
Tested in two different vehicles without success, one of them even doesn't start the engine when the odb2 is connected.In the other one the device connects with the cellphone but not with the vehicles ECU.Detected like bad clone in at least one application of the many tested.

that's wonderful
I want to buy a secondhand car -so I used it to decipher check engine lights that I saw on some of the candidate cars, that's wonderful, help me check the engine lights. Now i carry it in my backpack when I'm traveling.

Does not work
Did not work right out of the package. Would not power on. Tested on 3 different vehicles with the same result. Contacted Amazon and got a replacement. The 2nd unit did not work either. Don't waste your time on this product.
