This is the best iPod in my opinion, awesome screen good battery life. The sound quality is also know to be the best on these 5th gen videos and I'm with em it sounds fantastic. Definitely will be using this in 2020 with pleasure! Also I bought mine though red moon trading company And had a slight issue but was resolved in under 5 hours. I definitely would support them and will be buying more things from them. Overall happy with my purchase and love this thing.

It did not load songs or play them I contacted both you there at amazon & the owner of it Green I told them several times it would not load. They tried to help mee several time by walking me Thru it over the phone butt I kept telling them it still would work over & over them o kept calling you back there at amazon telling you what they said. I did receive a e mail from you there at amazon stating they they know that I’ve have slot of trouble w/ this from the day I received it. That they’ve Ben talkin to mee as well. I’m not goin to pay for something that doesn’t work that was a lot of money that cost me on my amazon credit card. I’m the email I got from you. Stating that it was under investigation. Let mee know something as soon as possible I’ve tried to work this butt it just won’t do it. I’m want tgg BF at taken off of my amazon credit card I’m not payin for it I’ll be waiting to hear back from you please. I need to know somethin that’s a lot of money to mee. I can’t afford to pay for something that doesn’t worko gooooood

I know that iPods are a thing of the past but I still have music on iTunes. The iPod I ordered is surprisingly GREAT! Works as well as the original one I had way back when. Great product; great customer service.

The iPod came dirty but working. I couldn’t get it to Play a playlist unless I manually had it to do so. I guess for that amount of money, I should have expected it. Sorry I spent the money.

The wheel and the menu button and forward and back buttons don't workand it keeps freezing up. I am really disgusted.

It will not move my audible books into itunes so item is useless to me. Returning it.

Glad I found a refurbished IPod. The old one just wore out. I like the simplicity of the older wheel models. Works well with my Parkinson's. Fingers bounce to much for buttons. Thanks for keeping IPod's alive and well.

The IPod Classic came as the vendor as the stated, his description was spot on. The unit works as it should and if I ever need any assistance I can call the vendor and they will do everything they can to get you back up and rolling. I bought this for my ride, solid investment.
