These work exactly as advertised. You do need to be able to apply 22mm labels, so I had to order a label applicator with that diameter post. As with other comments, remove the label by pulling directly up, so as not to induce additional curl, but once on the applicator, you should have no problem. After adhering, place the DVD, label side up, on a CLEAN surface and smooth down the label to eliminate any air bubbles. If you want a label to look professional (and don't have a printer that can print on DVDs), this is the way to go. Be sure to set your printer for glossy, high quality paper. I downloaded a template from Meritline. I print from Photoshop, so I can place one or two labels on the template, then hide the guidelines to print my labels.
