YoYoinkCompatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for Brother TN221 TN225 B/C/M/Y (2 Black, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta, 1 Yellow; 5 Pack)

I have ordered this toner repeatedly for about 4 years or more. It has always worked great- I have been very happy with the quality. Until now: two weeks ago I ordered it again-- every single one of the colors needed to be replaced in my printer. I startdthe printer up, and every color except for the yellow was showing up as virually empty on the "toner life" faeture on my printer. I contacted amazon, asked to have it replaced, and the replacement showed up today. This time, the Magenta, Cyan and yellow are all shoawing as full, but not the black. I tried both black cartridges and they are both reading as low. So I am disappointed, and not sure what to do here. I need my toner! At tleat this time more of them are working but not the black... the one I use the most. After such consistently great experience with this toner I am at a loss with this decrease in quality. I gave 2 stars because of past good experience. And I underatand there can be flukes but twice in a row ?

Black and Yellow toner cartridges were the only colors that worked. Now that it's time for me to change my cyan and magenta it's not working. Printer repeats message to enter magenta/cyan cartridges.. Is possible to get replacements? I bought this set back in February as I needed a replacement for the other colors except for black. However, when it came to replacing the black cartridges, I tried both cartridges and neither one worked. I tried shaking the cartridges several times and placing them back in the printer, yet they still did not work. I had to order replacements from a different company, in which the first cartridge worked the first time I placed it in the printer. I guess you do get what you pay for!

I ordered this toner cartridge set from YoYoInk for my Brother HD series laser printer. All the cartridges worked as expected, except for one black ink cartridge. I contacted YoYoInk by email, and a representative got back to me the very next business day. We exchanged order number, and he initiated a 15% partial refund (it wa sjust one cartridge that was bad, the rest was fine), and has sent out a replacement cartridge.This cartridges set is only a fraction of the cost of OEM set, and the printer performed flawlessly with them. Defective products happen from time to time. With YoYoInk’s excellent customer service, I will be ordering from them again next time I need replacement cartridges!

Ok, so thank the Lord for YouTube because I about threw these in the trash because I could not figure out how to install with the given instructions. So after I put the new cartridges in I lifted the Brothers top cover up, then push Secure & Cancel at the same time. This brings up the cartridges on the screen to reset. You have to reset all of them then the new cartridges will work.

Super Panda will get all my future business. Great customer service. Bought a 4 pack of toner. It arrived quickly. My printer needed to have 3 colors replaced, so I got to work replacing them. When I opened the yellow it was dusty on the outside of the cartridge (not a good sign). Very shortly after receiving the toner I got an email from YoYoInk asking if everything was ok. I explained the situation and they refunded 1/2 my money (even though only 1 out of 4 was damaged) and they said they would send a replacement. I was expecting a yellow cartridge to be delivered. Today I was delighted to find that they sent me another set of 4. I am super happy. Thanks Panda!

I have purchased this brand several times for Brother TN221 and have averaged 1500 pages per black cartridge. If you print too many copies at one time the ink starts to look splattered and sloppy. I have to let the printer cool down and clear the cartridge. I will be looking for another brand to purchase.

If I purchased the original Brother Toner replacements they would cost me more than I paid for the printer. I purchased these from YoYo based on the good reviews received so far. They arrived on time and packaged well. They were exactly the right ones for the printer so installation was perfect. I have only printed a few things so far but everything looks great at this point. We'll see how it goes as more is printed. But so far I am well pleased.

Al llegar el pedido un color negro no sirvió y 1 si.Al necesitar poner los colores al acabarse los originales 9 meses después de llegar el pedido solo sirvió el amarillo y el azul, el magenta no lo detectó la impresora.

Primero me llegaron defectuosos...chorreados por todos lados...metí cambio y todo bien...los nuevos llegaron en perfecto estado. Funcionan como los originales.
