Works well, solid construction
Well made/sturdy, gold plating, and solid jack screws that allow a snug fit to a monitor or computer/docking station. It includes the ferrites you expect for EMI/FCC certs (don't know if they are real however). Tested at 1920x1080 resolution.

Works well. Good length.
I needed a longer DVI cable to connect a monitor to my computer. This 10' cable fit the bill. The monitor is 2k (2560x1440) and this works great for that resolution.

GTX 1080 Ti FE - Cable works with an active adapter to connect via DP to DVI-D Korean QNIX QX2710 27" 1440p monitor
I recently upgraded to a GTX 1080 Ti FE. The adapter which is included with the card is a passive adapter and not an active adapter which goes from DisplayPort to DVI. It will not work with my QNIX QX2710 1440p display. Fortunately I had a Monoprice adapter which works. The only issue is the DVI-D cable I was using caused some strange flickering thin lines to appear on the left side of the monitor running down the screen. The lines varied in sizes up to about an inch or so in width, mostly green and the occasional magenta (red?). These lines usually showed up when there were darker areas of whatever I was looking at. Someone on reddit in the /r/nvidia sub mentioned this Cable Matters Gold Plated DVI-D Dual Link Cable with Ferrites works. I gave it a shot and got the 6ft cable since I didn't need anything that long but wanted to make sure I had a decent length just in case. THIS CABLE DOES WORK! It's fantastic. Connected the one end to the monitor, the other to the active adapter then into the DisplayPort. The GPU and Windows recognized it right away. No noise or static issues, no lines, nothing. It works! The only downside (which is not the cables fault) is I can no longer overclock my display and have to run it at the default 60Hz. That's okay with me. I'd rather spend less than $10 for a cable than have to buy another get-me-by display. This gives me time to save up for a nicer monitor with higher refresh rate and/or higher resolution.

A bit hefty on size, but it otherwise works!
Not much to say about the cable other than 1) it works just fine in connecting two DVI ports, and 2) the construction quality seems to be solid. You can't really ask more of a cable. The picture quality on my monitor is great, but I can't notice any real difference from before. I'll have to assume and hope the materials used helps maintain this quality over time (or at least until I finally can upgrade to HDMI). As the headline foreshadowed, the cable itself is quite large. This isn't abnormal for DVI cables, as they've always been a bit hefty in size, but it seems this one in particular is larger than average. This is something you'll need to consider in context of your set-up. For me, the section in the back of my monitor where I plug in the cable does not afford much space for larger cables and plugs as featured on this one. It took some time to get the cable plugged and secured, and even then I'm not pleased with the remaining tension left on the cable. However, if an above-average size of plug and cable aren't an issue for you, then given the overall quality of the product, I recommend it.

Great quality at great value
This is definitely a great value as you are very likely to pay a LOT more for something like this in a typical store. It does the job and is well made. My only gripes relate to picture quality, the cable I had prior was a VGA with DVI adapter on my graphics card which provided an 'analog' connection. After using this cable, the monitor and graphics card connection changed to digital (which is great as I hadn't taken that into account.) I have progressive lens eyeglasses and am having a hard time adjusting to the difference in the screen picture when looking at the monitor. I made adjustments through the monitor to make it more comfortable by using pre-calibration due to the change in connection and am continuing to find ways to ease the transition. I'm rating the cable 5-stars because while its been difficult to adjust to, it would seem to me to be a better picture and is likely a better setting match since I am not having the 'adjustment change' difficulty when trying to focus back on other areas of my room (ie looking away from monitor) To better explain what I mean, think of it like this, you buy a new chair and have to go from sitting posture that was unhealthy to a proper posture in the new chair. You aren't used to it and it takes adjustment, but you can tell its better for you. Now its just a matter to ensure that you set the adjustment to accommodate your particular position.

Basic Equipment - Meets Basic Functionality
It's the length advertised, made of acceptable materials and of acceptable quality for the price. I wouldn't recommend using it with any newer monitors as both HDMI and Displayport are going to give you better, more responsive quality: however for an older monitor, or one that you don't require high-speed refresh or fidelity: this seems to get the job done. Note: The cord is of typical cord quality so a cat will probably be able to bite through it, given a few minutes. This is a typical concern of mine - but this is not a cord that will stand up to cats for a long time like some of the braided cords available.

This is some legit cable.
The quality of this cable makes my old DVI cable look like total trash. It reminds me of the commercial grade cables I had at work, which is what I wanted. I had to get a long DVI cable because at six feet my monitor would be ripped off the back of my setup if I rose my sit-standing desk to stand. My desktop was too large to mount so it just hangs out on the floor. Now I can raise my desk to stand and roll it around the office (my desk has heavy duty casters). My monitor and GPU also have full bandwidth now (*bonus*) and when I replace my monitor with a giant one mounted twenty feet from my eyes (as my ophthalmologist wants), there will be no issues.

Great Cable
I needed a DVI cable this long because of relocating a monitor some distance from its PC. Not much you can say about a cable. It either works or it doesn't. This one works, driving a 2550 X 1600 monitor with no problems. This cable appears very nicely made with a robust feel to it and heavy outer cladding. I'm giving 5 stars for durability without really knowing but the construction inspires confidence. I'm used to having a less solid feel in a cable. There's lots of gold plating and there are ferrite noise suppressors at each end. It's inexpensive for a quality cable. A word of warning if you are new to cables. There are around half a dozen different types of DVI connector. Make sure you pick the right one. If your devices are DVI-I you need DVI-I cabling. DVI-D won't work. To make absolutely sure, examine your device connectors, then compare to the zoomed view on product page at Amazon to ensure they are identical.

Mejor calidad de la que esperaba.
El cable es bastante grueso por lo que se ve que va a resistir bastante. Lo uso con un proyector y hasta ahora funciona muy bien. Luego voy a probarlo con algo de contenido en 4K.
