Great Brand of K-Tape
My skin does not like latex, so I make sure there is not any in the K-tape I buy. I have also had bad reactions to some adhesives. These didn't cause any issues, but as soon as they started making the skin underneath the tape itchy, I pulled them off.Having said that I can only wear this for the activity or during the day for recovery. Meaning I cannot sweat and let it on, I have to replace it. Sleeping with it on is a no go too. My skin reacts to the adhesive. This is not unique to this brand. It is true of all the brands I use. This brand is more flexible than some of the other brands I use, so I use this on my Ribs and shoulders, and the less flexible K-tape on places like my ankle. Make sure you watch some videos on YouTube to learn about how to apply it to different places and injuries. It isn't like you just wrap something or just slap it on. The different ways of applying it do different things.Even though other brands claim to be stickier and water proof, I didn't see any difference this and them, but I also was not swimming or surfing with them on.Overall I like K-tape, this is one of my favorites brands and I highly recommend trying it to see if it meets your needs!!

Good Joint and Muscle Support Allowing Good Range of Motion
The Cantle Sport and Therapy Kinesiology Tape is very effective for pain I have running due to over-training and trail races. The important feature is the 160% Elastic Stretch that allows me to wrap my left ankle tightly without causing restriction of motion. I ran a 30K trail race 2 weeks ago in heavy rain and slippery conditions. I have some residual pain that is helped by the tape. I will run a street race in a couple of weeks and expect the pain to be gone.I do arch and ankle exercises before and after every training run and I stretch the Sport Tape tighly over the ankle before exercising. The tape remains in place but stretches so that it wrinkles the skin covering my ankle. This lifts the skin a bit away from tissues underneath causing a deeper compression and support than other K tapes I have used. The single roll of tape is black, 2 inches in width and 16.5 feet long. Cantle Kinesiology Sport and Therapy Tape is made using lightweight technology, a mix of natural cotton and hypoallergenic adhesive. I also use the tape as nip protection and it protects from chafing without adhesive irritation. This is an excellent product that is much less expensive than other brands of K tape I have used.

It's Far More Thin Than Others I've Used, But It Holds--Mine Wasn't Pre-Cut
I mostly use Kinesiology Tape to compress and to support a decades-ago ankle injury that swells up and aches.I basically wrap my ankle and this provides support and reduces the light pain.I also use it on my achilles to protect it.This tape is more thin.It does stretch. It holds up through a sweaty workout (through socks/shoes)It holds up after a few showers. It is a bit more finicky to work with (than the name brand version) in that it's more challenging to separate the paper-lining. I need to use more patience to keep it flat on the area.Pre-cut and Not has its pros and cons, but for my areas, pre-cut is helpful. My skin doesn't have any reaction to the adhesive or the fabric. It comes off pretty easily without pulling my skin or leaving any residue. It is less pricey than many others. Most importantly, Kinesiology Tape is of great help for me and my ankle. Appreciate the product.

For athletes and everyday workpeople, sometimes you need tape
Sometimes you just need to use tape like this Cantle Sport Tape to help get you through your day. Athletes may have doctors who help them tape their joints to prevent injuries, but for everyday workpeople, you must be pro-active. If you are having trouble with a certain joint or area of your body, proper taping with the right tape can help you avoid damage to yourself. The Cantle tape seems like a good tape to use. It is made to apply directly to your skin. If you are doing repetitive work especially, this tape may help you do your job. In the past, I have taped myself in critical areas to prepare for a hard day's work. I know how much it can help. If you are unsure how best to use the tape, you may always consult the internet where you'll find pictures and diagrams as well as instructions. An excellent product.

Best Price I’ve Ever Seen
I first ran across KT tape right after my partial knee replacement. It really helped with pain so I’m a believer.Since that surgery two things have happened. Both the market for KT tape has exploded and my other knee has deteriorated. The following observations stem from comparisons of this Sport Tape and the brand I previously used after surgery.—this tape is thinner—this tape doesn’t come off after a shower—doesn’t leave a residue—loses stickiness faster. If you pull it up you can’t necessarily stick it back down except if it’s during the initial application—harder to apply. Because it’s thinner it is more prone to wrinkling and is more difficult to apply.—easy to do curvesMy conclusion is that despite the fact that its a bit more difficult to work with, that all of that is forgivable because the price is simply fantastic.

Takes time to learn
I tried using this on my bad knee. It was getting expensive to use medicated patches on it. I liked those, because they stretched in all directions, and the pressure felt good on my knee. I thought Kinesiology tape would be a cheaper version, because I would get a roll. I need to practice more. It IS really stretchy, so I need shorter pieces. The ends don't seem to stick perfectly, though. Maybe I'm stretching it tho much. It seems like when I don't stretch it, it doesn't help my knee. I'm a work in progress with this tape, but it has worked some, just not as much as the pain patches, so far.
