Excellent book for beginners,great book for refreshing forgotten knowledge. Material is broken down in all of these books to its most basic yet fully functional form. Easy enough for my eight year old son to grasp. I bought the whole series to help me brush up and answer questions,but it's written in a way anyone can grab.

Brilliant and simple analysis...I even worked out that the voltage readings...perhaps next time label the first / second and third voltmeters!The explanation of how to fault find and test simple relays will be invaluable as I can now transpose the information into 3 phase terminology for when I need to explain test results out in the field. This is a very good and informative read on the subject of relays although I do use a relay testing tool it was an interesting subject made easy by a very good author.Would recommend it to anyone not sure of how relays work.Excellent Reading.

A good read with easy and useful info\tips on testing methods around circuitry. Very helpful if you are a beginner on fault diagnosing.I gave it five star as it doesn't over complicate if you are new to fault diagnosing circuitry problems.
