Look, I was expecting a lot less for the money on this. The tools are decent and very sharp. I expected them to be worse for what I paid, but they're actually quite serviceable. This set offers a ton of value for the money and is a great kit for a beginner. You'll get more than you need. The only thing of note is that the handles of the tools don't have a finish coat of any kind on them. I suppose some people could not like that. So FYI. I just finished them myself with a nice linseed oil and beeswax coating. Worked great.

Bought this as a gift for a friend who is into woodworking, pairing it with a book and some wood blocks. This tool set seems like good quality, and the tools are nice and sharp. I know my friend will enjoy this gift, but unfortunately the gloves were not included so it was not shipped as described. I bought this set specifically because it included the gloves (other similar sets did not include it), so that is a little disappointing. Tried finding a place where I could contact the seller directly but couldn't find any way to do that. Taking off a star for the missing gloves.

I bought this spoon to engrave, I am a woodworking enthusiast, the courier will be delivered very quickly, I will soon enter the work, the carving knife is doing very well! I like this handle, it feels comfortable, easy to engrave, labor-saving and ergonomic. The steel is sturdy and the tool is very sharp, making it easy to cut wood! And keep the edges through impressive carvings. I glued the leather strip to several different sizes of dowels and used a green sharpener to quickly restore the sharpness of the blade. Cut-resistant gloves protect my hands from injury and are worth the money. Other merchants have the same price but no cut-proof gloves, I will recommend this to friends.

I thought it was good price. I gave four stars because the knives seem a bit tinie.The gloves work very well but the grip is very slippery . hard to hold a peace of wood . it could use some of the little rubber grips i think would help. But all in all i like the set .

I didn't get the green thing that is in the picture and I have no idea what it is. I am as you can tell. 100% beginner> I wanted to work with wood because my father when I was younger carved a toy for me in the early 80's my great great grandfather also worked with wood as well. When I was younger I did make wooden toys. But I used other tools to do so. Like you would use in workshop in middle school.

Wicked smart little kit. Room for more including a set of 3 diamond cards from an earlier review. Love that everything came sharp and more than a 120 grit. The scorp is Sweet. Like the perfect angle for right or lefties. I’d say it’s built for right, but the left doesn’t mind it.

I received the products ,very sharp and just like described ,I don't understand all the sissy waa bitchin is all about these are awesome products ,so thank you and I do recommend to buy .

I have not had the chanxe to use thjs yet but it looks great. I see no reason it should not get 5 stars.
