The delivery was very well managed and the delivery men took the bed down stairs to the designated room. They were polite and got the job done. I had just mopped so the tiny amount of dirt on thier trainer did leave foot prints but that was my fault for mopping so close to the delivery time!The bed was easy to assemble I put the feet on the base easy enough by following the instructions. As it was a king size I left the headboard and the "C" clips to my boyfriend to do because I don't have the strength.The matress fits perfectly, it is a wonderful night's sleep and looks lovely.Such a bargain! Can't ask for more for the price! It's a steal!Update:2 months have passed since receiving the bed and we have decided that a mattess topper is needed to make it comfortable again. I would suggest investing in a better matress if you are going to use it for your master bedroom, but it would be perfect as it is for a guest bedroom. :)

I was sceptical as it seemed too cheap. However, the delivery guys were excellent and very helpful. Wanted to ensure that it was put where I needed it - very thoughtful. I managed to assemble it very easily. The only downside is there are no instructions. But, it's quite self explanatory.I have had the bed for about a month now. It looks great, is super comfortable and super value for money.I would have no problem in recommending this bed to anyone. It really is too good to be true. I couldn't be happier.

You made my day , originally I had ordered from a different company but was let down, but 4 family members and staff members at Amazon has used this company and all had recommended This bed centre company via amazon they had been ordering from this company for 5 years now and said this was the company to swears by it. Today I received my beautiful bed this company went the extra mile and delivered the bed to the top floor as I live in apartments not only was they covered in ppa/masks which was very reassuring as I am shielding I want to say thank you very much for your service the king size bed is quality and big and it’s an happy ending I will definitely stick with this company and I will definitely be buying more beds from this company. Thank you to the two Gentlemen who made the delivery I appreciate you and your service and as heavy as the bed was both men still smiled and left me smiling. Thank you so much

Lovely bed nice and comfy unfortunately there was still is an item missing should of been 2 clips to keep the 2 bases together but only came with one . Will change review if i get sent a second clip

Undoubtedly, my worst purchase on Amazon, and I buy almost everything from here. I have two of these beds and both are broken - only a year after purchase - though only slept on by people nowhere near heavy. The double bed broke when the mattress was sat on by someone weighing 11 stones, and the hole was caused by a finger going through the very flimsy material. The other bed (a single) plus both mattresses are being tossed out this month. The spring mattresses have springs so far apart, they are almost painful to sleep on, and they make horrible noises. Both sets appear to have been cobbled together by people who clearly do not care about the end users. Both are a complete waste of money. As the pictures clearly show, the double is mostly cardboard on two struts. This is a travesty. Headboards are still standing so I suppose they deserve a star though I would have preferred zero star.

Very impressed with the whole service of buying the bed from the Bed Centre through Amazon, aswell as the delivery from Panther Logistics, bed arrived at the exact time we were told and there was no missing pieces. I originally bought this product for my parents, who are very impressed with the look and comfort of the bed. They are very happy with it, to the point I may order another bed for myself in the coming months. In whole the experience of using Amazon for the first time, means I'm happy to use it in future for other products. Just great!
