No onsite support in Noida
Bought this product one month ago. At the time of installation led were not working. But we gave some money extra to electrician as led was small issue. After 15 days gyser start leaking. As soon as we turn on gyser power goes off. On contacting customer care, they are asking to take off gyser send to them. Company will fix it and will send to us . Then again we have to install it. Also there is no gurantee that second time it will work fine. There is no onsite support. So with no customer fault, customer has to pay 1500 more . So dealing with this company depends upon your luck. It seems to me they are packaging default product into new body and then it's customer luck. Pathetic after sales service and bad experience with this product.

This item of 15 ltr can serve four+ people easily. Much bigger in capacity. But the product is good and keeps the water warm for longer time.

Broken piece of junk
Updated 👇I claimed warranty because return window was closed on 13th November and geyser was installed on 18th & I claimed warranty on 18th. Such worst company. I reached amazon customer service absolutely received no help. I had to contact consumer care! They took back the broken junk waste geyser in February & did not replace. Again I had to undergo the hassles. Finally on 21st after more than 10 days I received blue dart delivery. I was so shocked that the geyser is used one detached from someone else's toilet! It was so dirty and stains all ove!! Water inside. Rusted.... My god, don't ask me.... They responded with a word if it's working or not ! All I suggest you that plz don't buy this geyser just because there is offer. Mistake I did. Never ever even think of buying this geyser ever!! Unable to upload pictures, otherwise have lot of evidenceOld 👇 when first claimed repeatedly...After heavy installation, because it needs 4 inch hole a minimum as given by them, it broke down. Cracked up due to water weight. I claimed warranty because return date was over. unfortunately I couldn't get the person to install on time. Now claiming warranty, absolutely no response. More than a month over still not resolved my issue. Their response is worst just like the product. If you buy you will cry.... Think over & over & over before buying because you definitely be disappointed.
