I encountered this hot sauce in a small shop in Clarence, NY about a month ago and it has been my favorite! The sauce itself is amazing, hence why I ordered it online. I wanted so much more.I’m a little bothered about the fact that when I pulled the plastic seal off of the bottle in order to pour an obscene amount of deliciousness onto my meal, the entire glass top that holds the lid came off of it and caused a lot to spill onto my countertop (first world problems, right?!) It also cut my left thumb, but anyway… I put some plastic wrap around the broken part of the bottle as the sauce is better when shaken. Well, needless to say, this did not go well. Anyway, I was able to secure enough of it to add to my crap meal of supermarket mac-n-cheese.Although it’s not pictured, the hot sauce/plastic wrap combo made a mess. It was a rather unfortunate ordeal since my counter would not enjoy the flavor as much as I would, but anyway…Perhaps I need better plastic wrap. Open to suggestions.Obviously cannot return the bottle as it would cause irritation to anyone that comes into contact with it if they have even the slightest paper cut. Ouch!! Plus, an opened bottle of anything being returned would be what my teenage son would call “Sus”. Best be watching out for those “Sus” bottles of hot sauce. Plus, returns/refunds are not available. Total bummer.Either way...The sauce IS amazing.Hopefully the bottle you order remains intact. You will definitely enjoy it.

The item was damaged when we opened the box. Returns were not being accepted.

good taste , but it just wasn't hot enough for my taste.
