Does the job nicely
I've found that many of the no-name card readers work poorly with some memory cards, so this time I spent a bit more and went with Silverstone. Works a treat and looks the business, well worth the extra dosh. It does in fact accept XD cards despite the lack of a dedicated slot; the right hand side of the MMC slot is the trick. And it does work with Vista; not every USB storage device out there does.N.B. There are three USB header connectors in total; one for the card reader and two for the external USB ports. This can be good to know if you're short on internal USB headers.

Works great!
Have been using it in our home built pc for 2 years now. No problems whatsoever (haven't used the 1394 jacks). Seems well constructed. Good fit and finish.
