Bought ten of these for a street theatre performance of costumed 18th C seafarers, and they're great hats. Didn't quite fit one guy with an extra large head, but great on everybody else. Nice quality felt (or 'felt' as the case may be), sturdy, will last for future performances as well. great value for the money.

Perfect item for my son's school play.

it doesn't come down on my head as far as id like, and constantly protests to fall off. the sides are held on by velcro, which is strange since I don't know why you would unfold the sides when there is a velcro patch right there, but okay... its overall a good hat and fits around my head as expected. it just isn't as deep as it could have, or should have been.

I got this hat for my son for a school play and it fit him well (it was a little small for my head). The hat looks good but the sides have velcro glued on to hold them up. My son wore the hat once for his play back in February and it’s been sitting on a table since then. We are putting together a pirate costume for my son and this hat works great with it, but the glue holding the velcro to the sides of the hat have come off in the time it’s been sitting on a table for the last few months.

Not worth the money!!! Not leather!!!! Time to find a better merchant to buy from........smh

I am a woman and I have a smaller than average head I guess, because most hats are too big for me. This one fits great. It doesn’t wiggle around with a bunch of space in between. Doesn’t feel like it will fly away. It’s also not SO tiny that my bf who has an average size head cannot wear it either. We both like to wear it when we’re feeling Patriotic. I actually got this one, plus a brown one from another store (the other one is too big for me). So we can wear them together.

Low cost, but very basic

Got this for sports... I figured that the Colonial people must have known something about sun shading and whatnot while marching on battle fields wearing these hats... the worst thing that happens when wearing a baseball hat is that you miss a catch.... the worst thing that happened to people wearing tricorn hats was that you got shot by a musket or stabbed to death with a sword... I figured colonial people probably figured out how to keep the sun out of their eyes to prevent death... Wrong. These hats are terrible baseball hats.
