Great Camera for home or commercial use
The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the PTZ POE 5MP Security IP Camera. 1080P PTZ with 4x Optical Zoom Pan / Tilt / 4x motorized zoom.First, let me start by saying I have bought three cameras now from this seller. I also have two friends that have purchased a total of five cameras. This company is eager to help with any setup problems or troubleshooting. I was able to communicate with them easily using WhatsApp. I had a problem with a previous camera, and they were quick to replace it and I received it quickly. Other cameras may be cheaper but not have the customer service!Camera Construction:The build quality of this camera seems good. The camera I bought is totally black and looks great and professional. It has a nice weight to and I believe will hold up well outdoors. A good rubber seal keeps the moisture out of the camera and makes it easy to unscrew should you need to get into it. Mounting the camera is fairly simple. A detachable mounting bracket can be held onto most surfaces with some anchors and screws. The camera then attaches to the mounting bracket with a simple turn. The tinted camera dome allows privacy of the camera. Looking at the camera from a distance you are unable to tell where the camera is pointed, allowing for optimal security and privacy. The RJ-45 connection to the camera provides not only a network connection but power using a POE hub. If you don’t have a POE hub you can use a separate power adapter (not included). I will tell you the POE is the way to go and provides ease of setup. A small plastic sleeve is included to cover where the ethernet cable and camera join together. This helps with making sure all connections stay dry and protected for good connection. This camera also includes jacks for a speaker and microphone device allowing you to talk over the connection. A small additional device is needed as an accessory.Setup:If you are new to the setup of an IP camera, you may want to follow the included instructions step by step. Basically, you connect this camera via ethernet to your POE hub which is connected to your existing network. Your camera will come pre-assigned with a static IP address. You can change this to another IP address if you would like or allow your network to assign an address using DHCP. Logging into the camera is not hard. Open a web browser and put the IP address into the address bar. Input the username / password that was assigned to your camera. After that you will see all of the options to set the camera up for you. You can modify the quality of video, text that is displayed on the camera screen, motion detection, etc. Viewing the camera is easy using the “HiSee” app that can be found for IOS and Android. The app will scan your network finding your camera or multiple cameras. You can use this app to view the image and control any motorized camera. The app is free and this is a nice option for those who have multiple devices in the home who need to view the cameras. Not only was I able to view the video stream from my camera on my home network BUT I was also able to view the image over the internet. This is a great help if you need to check on your home or security from another location. If you are away on vacation or just need constant live video this camera will do that with any constant internet connection.Quality:The image quality on the camera is good. Colors seems accurate and bright. Night viewing also looks good on my street but I have lots of light. When the lights are out or there is little ambient light, the night vision can struggle. The camera can pick up small smudges or blotches from the plastic dome covering the actual camera. I would assume this would be the trouble with any domed camera and just not this particular maker. Overall, The camera sees well through the plastic dome and at this point I don’t see any noticeable glare. The zoom function is very nice along with the ability to focus the camera as well. This camera almost does a 360 degree view. There is a small blind spot in the camera that is clearly marked on the outside of the case. Just mount the blindspot toward your supporting structure and you will be fine. You will be happy with the viewing angle and ability to see almost everyplace. The camera can also face straight down. Overall, the camera has a good viewing angle and the image quality is good! The price of home security cameras have come down and this camera and seller are worth considering. If you are looking for a way to protect your home, business, keep tabs while away, this is a great way to get started! Again, if you are hesitant, let me encourage you to give this camera and seller a try. If you have questions, my experience has been they are more than willing to help and make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Great picture quality
Purchased this camera to replace an existing Amcrest dome POE camera. I have a 9 camera system with all Amcrest cameras connected with Blue Iris. The Amcrest camera I replaced was decent but didn’t provide the field of view I wanted so I was in the market for a PTZ camera that I could aim at what I needed to see. This camera fit the bill perfectly.Setup and configuration was easy and Blue Iris didn’t have any problems recognizing the camera. The PTZ functions worked flawlessly as well. The included software allowed me to quickly find the camera on the network and set up the network setting I needed for my configuration. After that I told Blue Iris where to find it and the auto-detection in BI set it up and configured it automatically. The picture quality on this camera is excellent – much better than the Amcrest and with the optical zoom you can really get in close and the picture remains great. The pan and zoom are fairly responsive. There is a slight lag, but that’s been the case with most IP cameras I have dealt with over the years. There is some motor noise as the camera moves, but it’s not too bad.The field of view on this camera is not as good as the Amcrest, but since you can pan the camera it more than makes up for the fixed position Amcrest. The night vision on this camera is excellent and you get a much brighter picture than the Amcrest produces. The Amcrest has a bit of a halo effect at night. This camera is bright and clear. Very happy with the night vision quality.I did have some questions for the seller regarding adding a microphone to the camera since it supports audio and Wind was very responsive and helpful.Overall, I am very happy with this camera (and the seller) and will probably look into eventually replacing some of my other cameras down the road. Do wish the field of view was a little wider, but it’s not a show-stopper.
