Cheap material, very see-through and fits weird, but for a cheap Halloween costume, I can't really complain. I wore it for 8 hours and then retired it to my closet indefinitely... people knew I was dressed as Belle and I got many compliments.

I'm 5'8 at 138 pounds and I got the large. It's a bit big on me, but with the apron I was able to sinch it around my waist. It's perfect for the 5 hours I'm going to wear it. You get what you pay for, but it does the job. The white apron is as long as the blue dress so I'll be hemming that part. Again, you get what you pay for, but it's perfect for me to wear at.disney world for their halloween parade.
