Pass The Labels Please Little Miss Millennial !
Ok for your typical `flaky` millennial, but once the initial curiosity surrounding sexual OCD ( really???) wears off, about halfway through the first episode, getting through the opening and following 5 episodes becomes a real endurance test for the average viewer. It`s dull and each new episode seems to drag tediously longer than the one before, so much so, that by the time you reach the final instalment, you just want to put it out of it`s misery, like some poor long suffering animal.I can`t imagine anyone who managed to go the distance with this puerile nonsense on channel 4, wanting to purchase the dvd and put themselves through such trauma again! If you haven`t seen it, opt for the vastly superior BBC series `Fleabag` instead, written by and starring the beautifully awkward Phoebe Walker-Bridge. Similar in that it`s about a young `horny` women making her way in the big city, its sharp, sexy, outrageously funny and hugely entertaining. All the things `Pure` is not.`Pure` will, of course appeal to some people, but for those who come from an older more `resilient` generation it just doesn`t hold any clout.
