My Hydrowave unit came incomplete without the thumbscrews included in the packaging. Hydrowave acknowledged the error and opened a ticket on the problem. I received an e-mail that the ticket was closed and have yet to receive the thumb screws to mount the unit to the bracket. Poor customer service

Great helps when fishing is slow and no one is catching fish, just turn it on and go fish ing

Haven't got to use it that much yet but I have confidence that it will help. The shipping was out standing. Received the unit before I started even looking for it in the mailbox. Very easy to install and operate. Hope this helps someone. After I use it some more I will follow up on the rating of the unit.

I had the first version of Hydowave and liked it a lot. I accidently smashed it and have bought the H2 version last week. The new one is not working.I tried the Customer Support phone number listed on the back of the pamphlet HydroWave included with the unit and got a message that they will be gone until Jan 4th. Today is Dec 18th - that is over 2 weeks to sit with a defective unit. I have just sent off a note their customer support email address and am hoping that there is someone working over the next two weeks that can help me....The problem with the new unit is that it will turn on, play for about 30 seconds and then shut itself off with a louder than normal noise coming from the speaker. I have to disconnect the unit from the power cord to get it to reset, but then the same thing happens. So I am dead in the water it appears until Jan 4 next year, which doesn't say much for their customer support.

I cannot tell any difference when the item is on or off.It's been the most expensive and disappointing investment.I've made in my lake fishing.

Was not convinced this works but wow it helps get the fish moving and hitting the top water!
