These gummies taste really good and come in an a nice large clear bottle. They have 5k biotin which is pretty good for one dose. The price is decent and honestly chewing a good tasting gummy is better than swallowing a pill any day!

I have been taking biotin for several months now out of desire to strengthen my nails and help my hair grow faster. I was doubtful at first, but once I started seeing results, I was sold. Now, I take it every day to maintain the growth and strength!I don't, however, like taking a bunch of pills each day, so when a supplement I love has a gummy option, I jump at the chance to try it to see if it works the same. I am pleased to report that these gummies seem to have the same effect as taking pills (so far - it hasn't been months yet). My nails remain strong and contain less ridges, and my hair is getting quite long. There is a high dose of biotin in each serving, so I am confident that I am not just observing the placebo effect -this is real! The gummies taste delicious - they have the perfect texture and a great flavor. I highly recommend them! This is a 45 day serving (2 gummies per day), so it's nice that it will last over a month. I have a hard time with pills and I get gummy or liquid supplements whenever possible. These taste decent and don't have a weird chalky texture like some gummies do. I have been taking them for about a week now and my nails feel stronger. I keep my nails short because they tend to chip and crack easily and I have not had any chipping or cracking in the past three days. I am taking other supplements too, so I cannot for sure say that the improvement is from these, but I have not had any bad reactions or issues with these.These do have coconut oil in them, which some people need to keep an eye out for.
