To be honest, packing fragile bulbs this way opens them up to possible damage. This was indeed the case with the bulbs that I received, two of the packages were crumpled as if dropped.The bulbs themselves look to be well made, they have clear glass, the elements inside look to me as they should. This is a handy size as we have several lamps in our house that will take these type of bulbs.In use, first bulb tended to be a bit of a disaster. I inserted the bulb into our lamp, switched the lamp on and the bulb illuminated, 5 seconds later there was a loud pop, the globe filled with white powder and that was it. So, not very good results so far. The second and third bulbs faired better, those are still working at the moment. As some of the boxes were showing signs of damage, I will put the blown first bulb down to damaged in transit. Great! Good price in comparison to other similar products. Size was exactly what I was looking for to put inside a lamp that has a short lamp shade so didn’t want bulb to stick out. Very bright because glass on bulb is clear. Came packaged well too!

Bulbs blow very quickly, once the heat builds then pop the glass stem connection to the metal screw in falls out, will not purchase again.

Have used this type of bulbs before and have not had any problems. Haven’t needed to use this set as yet, as bought them for spares, but l can’t see that there will be any problems with them either.

Unfortunately, the first two bulbs I used from the pack did not work. The second one got stuck in the lamp. I had to smash the bulb to get to the base of the bulb to try and unscrew from the lamp. I ended up damaging my lamp trying to unscrew the base of the bulb and will have to throw my lamp away. The glass is very thin and once the bulb got stuck I wasn't comfortable gripping the glass tightly to try and free it as I was worried it would smash in my hand. I ended up throwing the rest of the packet of bulbs as I wasn't prepared to use them on any of my other lamps. Sorry its a no from me!

Poor quality light bulbs. I bought these for work and found that we were changing these bulbs every 2-3 days. Some we had to change the next day cause they just blew the filament after 1 days use. Not worth buying.

Do not buy this product. Cheap Chinese dangerous product. Don’t know why I bought all these bulbs as I only needed one.Now I know why they are do cheap. The first one I fitted blew when I switched it on for the second time. When I was unscrewing the blown bulb it disintegrated, cutting my fingers. I will stick to B&Q in future. Amazon should not let products like this be sold on their site.

really poor quality. Bought for a set of office lamps. One fused within half an hour. shattered in my hand as I tried to unscrew it. This is when I saw that the glass is wafer thin. Would not recommend
