Used once and very happy with performance v value.However, will not recharge at all, only a spare office hoover so barely used. When we discovered that it wouldn't charge, we contacted the seller, who says all the right things, but wants a video of the machine not working!!We obliged. The seller gave us a link in which we were required to upload the video, that just sent us on a wild goose chase around the Amazon website. Tried attaching it to a response in the message centre - it would send - no error message to explain why. We have wasted so much time on this, and currently still out of pocket and without a vacuum for the garden office, so trapesing up & down the steps with our household one in tow. Seller has said there's nothing they can do, and given us instructions to contact Amazon!CLEARLY, I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT OR SELLER.Will update - if the option to do so doesn't disappear from the current limited options.

I got this product to accompany my main Dyson vacuum cleaner, one for upstairs and downstairs. I must say, it's pretty great! I appreciate the variety of tools comes with the box and giving the ability to adapt and clean on whatever small or large situation you may be in. The quality of the build and connecting all the parts are excellent! Very easy to learn and pick up how this thing works.Charging the device is decent, the battery life is what you'd expect which is great! It's very handy to tell you on the side the 3 levels of battery life left, 33% per bar. I did find that from a performance perspective, I had to go over a certain area 2-3 times, but that's not too bad judging the actual head is relatively small. Noise is adequate and nothing too loud.Moving the actual unit is nothing I can't handle, although my wife did struggle at times as it can get straining to the arm as you constantly move the brush upwards and backwards. Cleaning/emptying the bin is easy, but would be nice to have a button to push so the lid pops out!Overall, it's so convenient I can take this anywhere even clean my car and it'll do the job, with the tools it provides.

This machine is not as good as expected by the advertising or the revues given. I am very disappointed with the machines performance. Should have looked at one of the top brands machine.

I have had issues with this, the roller head easily get hair caught in it and it's a palaver to take it out to clear it. Tonight lost one of the small pieces needed for it to rotate as it popped out when I was removing it. The hoover is now totally useless, whereas it was only almost totally useless prior to losing this piece. It has poor suction and is very good at redistributing stuff by spitting it out all over my carpet. Should have bought a dysin again and that's what I'm going to do right now. The pavlit is going into my recycling bin. Sorry Planet!

I only received it 2 days ago , so it’s still in its trial periodMuch better than Morphy Richards cordless and bangles vacuum cleanerI am still not sure if it’ has enough power to clean the carpets properly

My Bosch Athlete got broken and i had to buy another vacuumer, i seen this one on lightning deals and the price was quite attractive so i decided to give it a try even i never heard of this brand before.I’m using it for a few days already and so far i can’t complaint, seems of a decent quality, it does have 2 suction speeds, the highest speed is the one i keep using and it drains the battery pretty quick, but i do live in a 1 bedroom appartment so is enough to run the whole appartment for one charge, it last about 15-20 minutes a charge on highest speed. Another thing that attracted me to buy it is because i take off the suction pipe and i can use it as a car vacuumer as well so i saved some money by not buying a car vacuumer separately. In my oppinion the cleaning brush unit could be wider but it is acceptable as long as you haven’t got a massive area to run. It’s not as heavy as my previous bosch athlete and is quite comfortable to hold in your hand, comes with some extra accesories for hard access area.So far so good, hope that will last much longer than my bosch athlete.

A cheap alternative cleaner. Good as a 2nd device. Cleans OK and inexpensive. Hope it will last and the battery is ok so far.

Don't buy it ,Waste of money, the battery keeps falling out of the handle so it just turns off. It Doesn't pick up anything just no suck to it. Have to keep charging it every couple days & I only have a small house. So disappointed as it's so light to move about. I ended up getting my old heavy hoover back out it was that useless. Just moves dirt about on hard floors too doesn't pick up at all.I was fully refunded when I complained although I was offered a second hand one as a replacement which I refused. I was eventually given a full refund. Although they wouldn't collect the faulty machine which I now have to dispose of myself.
