Exact replacement part, quality and easy to install!
This is the BOTTOM latch of the Scotsmen, if you need the top latch you’ll need to order the latch that ends with an 03 in the product number. There’s a distinct price difference between the top and bottom latch.It works wonderful and is an exact replacement product and went on very easy!

Product number is right but item is wrong.

Exact replacement
Exact replacement. Be sure to order the correct part. Top and bottom have different part numbers. Easy to replace. The originals only lasted 5.5 years. The replacements look and function identically.

Product solid. Original...not so much
As advertised. The bummer was the original not lasting. The metal was fine, but the one critical plastic component disenigrated thus required replacement of both hinges.

Hinge for ice maker, Scotsman
Our three year old refrig/ice maker would not close, needed new hinge. Had to pay repair man to install, but it worked.I think it was always defective but we didn't know it until our son in law noticed it. Working well now.
