I love this case, really protects the phone!
I was a bit skeptical about this case before buying it due to the price being so reasonable, but I've been pleasantly surprised by this product. I wasn't fully aware of how this thing worked before I bought it, so I'll explain for others' edification - the main "frame" of this case consists of two plastic halves that snap together to envelop the phone in a rigid frame (which fits the phone perfectly), and then there's a flexible, rubber "skin" that you then put on over the frame. The rubber skin has "keys" built into it that mate with voids in the frame to keep the skin securely in place. You really get the benefits of both a hard and soft case, and I feel that my phone is really protected in this thing. I've dropped it (very short distances) a few times and I'm sure this case played some part in my phone coming through those experiences unscathed. The two parts of this case has all of the necessary "holes" (for the camera, speaker, and microphones) and the rubber part even has flaps built in that fit into the charging and audio ports to keep dust, etc. out when not in use. There are buttons built into the side of the rubber skin that extend inward to actuate the power and volume keys on the side of the phone, and I've never had a bit of trouble with those. The kickstand is not something I use a lot (except for nervously fiddling around with), but it does work as expected. The only "cons" I can think of:- As others have mentioned, this case definitely adds some bulk / weight to the phone, but I feel that's to be expected of any product like this that uses both a rigid and flexible solution to protect your phone. I kind of like the chunkiness of it actually, gives it kind of a "tactical" feel.- The rubber skin makes it a bit difficult to get the phone in and out of my front pocket, where I primarily carry it. That's kind of the nature of rubber though, so I don't count that as a strike against this product. The rubber is more of a "pro" in my book than a con because it aids in the protection of the phone plus also provides friction for when you sit your phone down on slicker surfaces (e.g. dashboard, etc.). In cases where I really needed to get my phone in and out of my pocket quickly / often, I've just removed the rubber skin temporarily (which is easy to do very quickly) and put it back on later.- The plastic frame can make it a bit difficult to get your fingertip all the way to the side edges of the screen if you have fat fingers like I do. The frame actually comes with a bit of a "lip" that extends perpendicularly out from the screen 1/8" or so that I assume is supposed to help further protect the screen when you sit the phone screen-down. I actually ended up grinding that lip off of mine so I could get to the edges of my screen a little better, and everything still works fine. That grinding step may be overkill for some and probably not necessary. Just to clarify, the case doesn't obscure viewing the screen at all, it can just make it a bit tough to get your fingertip all the way to the edge when trying to move an icon / widget from one screen to the next, etc.- The plastic part of the case can be really tough to get off the phone sometimes, but it's gotten a bit easier over time. I've found that I haven't really had the need to completely remove the phone from the case very often, so this hasn't been a huge deal. I've found it seems to help if you can get a gap started a little bit with a fingernail and then slide a thin piece of plastic like an old credit card in there and slide it to continue the job. Once you get it started, it's easy from there.Overall, great product! Definitely glad I bought it!

Pleasantly surprised
I bought this because I wanted a case but had never had a thick one like this and was curious to try it and see if the bulk bothered me. I was also intrigued by the idea of having a kickstand. For such a low price, I was willing to take a chance just to try it for a while. The case is quite nice. The bulk is not a problem at all. I feel like this case offers excellent protection, and I could probably throw the phone down on concrete without damaging it. I only have two minor complaints:First, it is hard to get the case off. I have to use a credit card to pry the case open. I can't really get it open with just my fingers. As long as you don't plan on swapping out batteries or SD cards, this isn't a problem.Second, while the case comes up well in front of the screen, this also makes it challenging to touch the screen right at the extreme edge. My fingers bump into the case beside the screen and are blocked from the very edge. Most of the time this isn't an issue, but occasionally a very small button (or positioning a text cursor) at the very edge of the screen takes a couple tries. The case is very grippy. This can be a plus (it doesn't slide around) or a minus (it's hard to get out of a pocket while sitting).Despite these minor issues, for the very low price I'm quite satisfied.

MiniSuit Has Great Protection
This case is really nice if you like bulk, but too me, it is a good heavy duty case. What I like about it is that it has a kick stand. This works great for me because I like to self-record videos, so that stand comes in handy. But again, for me it's too bulky, so instead I use theย Bundle - 2 Items: Dual Layer Mesh Design Grey/Black Case + One Tough Shield (TM) Brand Clear Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S-III S3 (AT&T T-Mobile Sprint Verizon US Cellular) .I've bought several covers through the years and I have to say that these types of designs are the best for me. My Samsung Galaxy's are slippery, so it's always ideal to have a case for them for protection when you drop them. But I find some cases are too bulky or too slippery. These cases are a great fit for the Samsung Galaxy S 2. It has a great feel and look to them. The best reason why I like them is because it's not bulky and you have a firm grip on them plus it's not slippery. Can't go wrong with with the Dual Layer Mesh Design. But if your prone to continuous hard dropping your smart phone, then purchase this MiniSuit.

great protective device
This is by far the best phone protective device that I've ever purchased. In the past (with my prior smart phone), I was presented with the option of purchasing either a hard shell case or some sort of silicone soft shell case. Both offered protection, but were still deficient in some way. The hard plastic too easily cracked or split in some way and the silicone case didn't offer the protection I was seeking. I do not have this problem with the MiniSuit because it consists of both elements. The interior case is made of hard plastic with encompasses the phone completely (except for the glass). The phone and hard plastic case is then covered completely by the soft silicone casing. This is a nice snug fit. Even the power button and volumn rocker are covered, but you still have full use of the buttons. I am quite impressed. My first order of this product was lost in transit, but I must say that Amazon customer service promptly reordered the shipment and the second was delivered as promised. For this I am grateful. I would not be the least bit hesitant in ordering this product again.

Fantastic case!
The samsung galaxy 3 is such a thin sleek phone that if you don't have a case on it, you feel like it will be destroyed with the first drop. I first purchased a thin gel case for my phone which was ok, but it still felt very fragile. I purchased this case and it feels like the phone is all but indestructable. The kickstand is a bonus. I feel like my galaxy 3 is very safe now. It actually has a very nice lip that sits above the glass which is what I was looking for. Can't beat the price either for the quality.
