I really like that this brush is a large paddle and has boar bristles in addition to the plastic. When brushing through, it does a good job separating strands without pulling my hair out, and it makes it nice and fluffy afterwards too! As a nice side perk - it also helps spread my leave-in conditioner a bit.I'm glad the item came with a mini-brush/pick to help clean hair out of the paddle brush, but I just wish that they had something to clean the dust from the bristles. I'm able to get the hair out, but unfortunately after using this for a year, some dust tends to build up around the base of the bristles, and I am unable to get it out.

I love the style and the bristles are nice for my hair. My only real gripe and I wouldn’t say it’s a deal breaker is that the grip is a little weird because it’s flat and not really shaped to fit comfortably in the hand, and I’ve already noticed some of the bristles coming out. Just don’t beat the thing to death with brushing your hair and it should be perfectly fine. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase!

My hair is to my waist-and thick. I can get this brush through it with ease. Great to detangle wet or dry. Makes my hair so smooth when dry, like it settles any fly aways or anything out of place.

I kind of love this. I've have a Boar Bristle Brush for years, but was never really in love with it. This one creates less static for me while also helping to condition my ends and massage my scalp for full hair health.

Great brush but it is cracking in half from the top down. Only been in my bathroom in the cupboard and never dropped. Would have been a 5 star if not for this

I like it! It distributes the oil in my hair nicely like it’s supposed to. I would like it if the shape was oval instead of square but not a big deal.
