Used on my 1990 2.5 Dodge Daytona Motor to replace valve stem seals without removing cam or motor from car.A little work but keeps cost and labor down.Recommended for all the 4 bangers out there.

This thing saved hours of labor. Thought I was going to have to pull the head till I saw this. All the work it would have taken just to be able to pull the head off was worth more than what the tool cost. It takes practice cause of too many moving parts but still easier. Well worth it

Buy a better quality tool. Maybe from Mbsource.
Right tool but very bad quality. The tool is designed to push on the valve springs but with bad quality, you can damage the valve assembly as tool flexes.

Used this type of tool on an old Mercedes to replace the rocker arms. Made the job so easy, totally worth it.

Amazing tool
After 5 minutes with this tool I could not stop smiling, It worked perfectly. I have been adjusting valve clearances on a Mercedes r107 and struggling to turn the adjuster. After compressing the valve spring and removing the rocker you could then fit a socket on the nut and make the adjustment. This tool fits the old v8s perfectly and saves so much time. Anyone with an old v8 Mercedes should buy one.
