This shoulder works works quite well. It took more than two minutes to heat up in my microwave oven. I would have liked it to be a little bit longer so that one could clasp it together or better yet have Velcro tabs so that one could have it on stay on shoulders and move around and not have to hold it. The lavender smell is faint

Nice, but not as wide as one might like. Say ,if you have wide shoulders. Works well and is very soft & comfy on one side. Would buy again.

I use this for aches and pains at my neck with good relief. Also works well to warm up my feet.

Not lavender scented as described, instead has a very unpleasant scent. Also the heading leads you to believe there is a built in hearing element. You have to microwave the product for heat. I regret this purchase, honestly.

It is easy to use but it weighs a lot

...But it works great for that too. It also works great for taking the chill out of the night and it smells heavenly. I love to read sitting up in bed, but in IL it's cold at night, so instead of giving in and getting under the covers, I just heat this up and read on.
