Wish I would have read more reviews. The compass letters are backwards for East and West. Also we can't get the remote to work or the lights to dim. Contacted the company and can't get them to do anything. Very frustrating!

The light looks great once it is up and lit. I like the low profile and light-weight, integrated LED Design. It's so easy to install, you think you must be missing something. I'm taking a couple stars off for because the light comes with several plastic lens pieces (8 triangles and one circle) but no clip is designed into the face of the fixture to attach them. There are two distinct triangle shapes in the design but the plastic pieces were all the same. I had to cut notches into some to get the geometry to work. I was provided very little margin to attach the lenses to the fixture face. I chose to use high quality duct tape, cut into narrow strips, being careful to not let the tape go beyond the overlap of the plastic lens and the metal frame, else it would show up once lit. It was quite time consuming and precise work requiring an Exacto Knife. For the price, I should not have been part of the manufacturing process. One plastic lens or some clips designed into the metal frame to hold the plastic lens pieces should be added to the design. If I didn't really like the Compass Design, I would have returned it.

Wires not long enough to install. Had to make a second trip to hardware store to extend them so there are unnecessary wire connections(safety issue). No wire nuts provided. Crap instructions. Ground wire 1” and not even positioned on back of fixture for install. Frosted panels just sit on device so they slide around when the wind blows in the window.You have to try this hard to make something this inadequate for consumer use. 1cent more in wire length during production would have made it useable. It’s almost like a prank.

The compass is only accurate only if it is facing up uninstalled. Once you hang it the direction (E,W,S,N) are all wrong.We truly wanted something that was not only astheticallly pleasing but also accurate & not janky. Very disappointed!

I would give this 0 stars if I could! The W and E are backwards!! Very poor design and waste of money.

This was a cheaply made item NOT worth the money! It also did not have the correct parts.

Well this light works well, but the compass is not right..East and west is backwards.But it still looks cool

This is a really nice light, it really is, but it is frustrating to receive European lighting that isn't even capable of being adapted safely to North American standard electrical fixtures. These shouldn't even be available for purchase if you are in Canada, Mexico or the US. This is not the first time products like this have come from Amazon, but in other cases, it was possible to be safely modified. This one isn't.

Hard to install alone. Strange manual. Cheap quality.
