This product doesn't have return policy, y? It says in the booklet that once received please charge it until the red light turns green. I have been waiting now for more than 24 hours for the change in color but it's of no use. I have tried to get this product returned or replaced but failed there too. Amazon is loosing it's authenticity, it should work on it rather.

Little bit defective and battery not lasting enough

Nice foot scraper. Only issue with it was that the charging light did not turn green and could not tell when to take off charger. Would also show signs of not being fully charged. Beware it's a non returnable item.Called Amazon CS and they resolved the issue.If only it had to work properly.

Good and very useful product. This product seems to have less power than the requirements.
