This is a whole lot better than what I am used to hearing about sleep apnea cures!!! I wasvery skeptical at first so I just skimmed This book and only tried a few things. To my surprisethis actually seems like it really could be the answer. It has a lot of good informationand is a very interesting way to cure sleep apnea and it is a better idea thanall of the solution's that many others are telling you.Many books out there are just telling you to lose weight and do muscle andbreathing exercises. This book is much different, very informative and talks aboutmany things I was unaware of, mainly how to focus on the root problem of sleep apnea. most booksfill up with filler text explaining things like using CPAP more effectively. There is not abunch of doctor lingo and jargon that does nothing besides inundate you with things thatwill not truly heal the root cause of sleep apnea.I have read many books on this subject as I do not want to be attached to a mask that hasto breathe for me every night, so I have been searching for a while and I think that I have foundthe best way to cure this in my opinion. The solution is a simple Idea but more complexto execute if you didn't have a book like this to guide you.The author explains in great detail how you can reverse this disorder without the use of a doctor,you can still use one if that is your thing but if you follow this correctly I think that thiswill be the new way to look at treating sleep apnea in the future.The only downfall is that there is no pictures and the book is a little plain design wise but if you are looking for good info and not just nice pictures this is the book. I sometimes notice that the nice picture books can be way too generic and the information can be sub par because thebad info is disguised with just colorful themed templates, that is not the case with this book.I normally do not write this long of a review but this book deserves it as it needs to be read by anyone suffering with sleep apnea as it will do nothing but balance your body which is crucial. There are 4-5 tips that are worth the price of the book alone. So if you are looking to cure your sleep apnea at least give this book a try as I felt like I was going to have to live with a machine breathing for me the rest of my life but this information gives me a lot of hope as many of the things that were said resonate deeply with me.I wanted a real alternative to using CPAP and that is what this book provides.I am very pleased already with some of the results I have had, I have felt instant results just tryingone thing that the book suggested. So I am going to go back and do everything exactly the way it says. I would strongly recommend this, especially if you are newly diagnosed with sleep apnea.This information is about things that need to be shared with the public, and definitely worth a read.

I am glad that I listened to my gut and tried this book, I actually bought this book and did not just borrow the book just to slander the author. I thought what do I have to loose as I can return it if I didn't like it. Well to give you my honest opinion I absolutely loved it, this is the only book on sleep apnea that I have read that understands that sleep apnea is not necessarily caused by being overweight, if anything sleep apnea could have been the one thing that makes you overweight, compounding your sleep apnea symptoms even further. I was so glad that this talks about how to fix the root problem of sleep apnea (body balancing that specifically focuses on reversing and fixing the damage that causes sleep apnea) and does not only focus on simply alleviating the symptoms, this is the focus of the book. Once you understand that your body needs to be balanced, the author then shows you 7 steps that have changed my lifestyle and has helped my apnea a lot!I was worried that this book was a bunch of expensive tests and it is not a bunch of expensive tests as some random one star review made me think twice but clearly that was a fake bogus review as the book is good and it also clearly states that the tests are all optional. You can simply eat healthy and follow the 7 steps and get rid of your apnea, but if you want to rapidly increase the time it takes to heal your sleep apnea you can pay for those "optional tests." I just wanted to write this review so others can get the help they need from this book. This book is very informative and the information listed inside is better than you will get from a doctor and for a fraction of the cost of just a doctors visit.I don't see how anyone that really has sleep apnea and has bought this book and read through the whole thing would ever talk badly about it. I reviewed this honestly because I want this info being passed along to others suffering from sleep apnea and struggling daily with CPAP machines and their masks and not being able to sleep through the night due to the fact that they stop breathing while sleeping.

Good Start
I am so thankful for this book. I wish I found it before buying the expensive CPAP machine. I purchased the machine with the best intentions, but I cannot exhale. So my other choices are to purchase a more expensive bpap, do nothing, or try this method. After three nights I feel better already (not perfect of course) and my husband says I am much quieter. I am vitamin D deficient. Even before this book I noticed vitamin D helped me sleep better. I was also looking at taking supplements for most of what is recommended as I was told my thyroid is sluggish. It is nice to have a direction to take. It is especially helpful to have a vitamin D goal in mind. Last year I was at 18, this year I increased to 26 which is a long way from 60. It is hard to get doctors to prescribe vitamin D. Not sure why they are so afraid of giving it. Probably because it is cheap and fixes many diseases.The book also recommends allergy testing. I had this done many years ago when I was suffering from chronic sinusitis. It made a huge difference. I think the author gives good overall advice. The exercises are nice too.I like that this book tries to fix the cause and not just the symptoms.

Money money money
Not read far into the book but you need to have a lot of money to be able to have tests and but certain supplements, then get retested at very high prices. I'm beginning to think I've wasted my money on this one. Pity I can't get a refund.

Good book for sleep
Good info on sleep study correct and excat info natural sleep will get by reading this book .no cpap require.
