This is an excellent pan. It’s heavy, durable and a great size. We use on an electric, glass stove top and it heats just fine. I’m a big fan of Green Chef pans.

I bought it 2months ago or so. It's not always shiny after a wash mostly because of hard water and started to see rusty signs on the edge but this is my only pan and I cook almost every day so it might be my handling. It is a very good pan for cooking,I am satisfied with it...just hope it will survive my rough habits. Definitely going to buy more of this brand.

Really pleased with this saiucepan. Its just the right size for 2 of us. Great from going from cooker to over. Accidentally, left in oven too long and burnt the contents. Found it really easy to clean which is unusual for saucepans Really pleased with this saucepan.

Terrible pan. First use the stainless steel inside and outer surface were tarnished. Only slightly but I imagine with ongoing use this will discolour. My main issue and why I returned it was I’d made a soup which bubbles up. On washing the pan and lid I noticed food inside the lid between metal and glass and impossible to get out. That’s unhygienic to use the lid for more food to get trapped over time. They look pretty, they’ve even got weight to the pandit they’re not good quality at all. There is a join of metal inside the lid, this looks the most obvious place where food can slip in between metal and the glass in the lid. Just not worth £34 for a 2 litre pot. Get yourself down the market you’ll prob find better quality. Don’t be fooled by shiny things.

I only got it yesterday and have already used it in my oven. Big enough for stew and for soup/pasta, it will also cope with a medium sized chicken tonight. A perfect all-rounder.

I bought This casserole pan to replace my le crusse casserole pan as it was too heavy. I am totally happy with it but I wish I had ordered the smaller one.

Perfect size for cooking up small batches. Very easy to clean and cooked the food well.

Great packaging and received on time but huge bloomin scratch marks seen inside the pan.Not happy !

La consistenza e il materiale

helaas fout bestelt, het bestelde is een KOOKpan maar moest BRAADpan zijn. Mijn huidige pannenset bestaat uit dergelijke pannen en dat is een uitstekende kwaliteit. Ga eerst mijn vakantie afmaken daarna bestel ik een beslist nieuwe.

Es war schwierig genauere Informationen über diesen Topf zu bekommen, da sich die Beschreibung neben dem Foto auf eine Pfanne bezieht und den technischen Details traute ich daraufhin nicht.Die Webseite von GreenChef brachte mich nicht weiter, dann erfuhr ich dass GreenChef seit 2018 zu HelloFresh (Kochboxen) gehört.Zum Glück gibt es die Community, doch leider erhielt ich von zwei Leuten eine Falschinformation.Nun zum Topf:Ich suchte nach neuen Edelstahl-Töpfen (18 cm) für mein Ceranfeld, unbedingt mit Glasdeckel, nicht zu leicht und nicht zu schwer.Zwei meiner Platten (Ringe) haben einen Durchmesser von 15,5 cm, demzufolge sollte der Topfboden einen entsprechenden Durchmesser haben - schwierig dieses Maß zu bekommen und bisher habe ich nie darauf geachtet.Ich bestellte den 2 Liter Topf und hurra, genau das was ich suchte (bestellte dann noch einen zweiten).Edelstahl ohne Beschichtung und spülmaschinengeeignet, lässt sich aber auch fix mit der Hand spülen.Durchmesser des Bodens: 16,3 cmHöhe des Topfes:Ohne Deckel: 9 cmMit Deckel ca. 14,5 cmGewicht:Ohne Deckel: 774 gMit Deckel: 1150 gDie Nieten im Inneren lassen ein Stapeln leider nicht zu.Weder der Griff des Topfdeckels, noch die seitlichen Griffe werden heiß, wenn man die Temperatur nach anfänglichem Sprudeln auf höchster Stufe, runterschaltet.Man kann den Topf nach 20-minütiger Kochzeit (z. B. Kartoffeln) ohne Weiteres vom Herd nehmen, allerdings mit einer Ausnahme: Der Inhalt kocht die ganze Zeit dermaßen stark, dass Dampf zwischen Deckel und Topf entweicht und somit die seitlichen Griffe erhitzt, ansonsten bleiben die Griffe lauwarm.Übrigens: Der Glasdeckel hat kein Loch (leider, aber macht nichts).
