Contains amla extract which helps low cholesterol
I believe it works because I will NEVER intake any statins medication. Amla extract is supposedly proven to lower cholesterol. So far so good. My cholesterol is maintained, with addition to regular excersice and good diet.

Fingers crossed for LDL help. No statins for me!
Hopefully after taking these supplements for a bit I’ll check my levels to see if it’s really working or not…. Time will tell. Haven’t experienced any side effects. Sleeping well, but that could be to other supplements as well.

This product has been a good addition to my healthcare plan. The capsule is easy to swallow and has no foul smell or taste. My only misgiving with this product is, when taken daily, my appetite is greatly reduced.

Works, without potential side affects of statin Rx's
Have been taking this product for about a year. My most recent total cholesterol was 151, with a 2:1 LDL to HDL ratio. I have never seen those numbers with patients on any dose on any brand of statin Rx! And, most of my meals come from drive through fast food places. For the record, I NEVER use a microwave, which has been associated with elevation of LDL (= bad) cholesterol.

I like to keep my cholesterol under control without any chemicals. After comparing, tying many product, I settled on this one. Lots of info on their Life Extension website which makes making decisions easier. This is the 2nd bottle for me. Seems to be helping in a gentle way.
