Hi, I bought this makeup bag from you about a month ago, as a gift for my sister, my sister only used it a day or 2 ago and told me that the zip is faulty and splits open when she puts stuff into it, causing the contents inside to fill out, please let me know what we can do about this

I am very pleased with this item because although it isn't enormous it does have room for all of the makeup that I will use on a daily basis. It is a nice colour that I describe as burgundy and is easy to keep clean with just a damp cloth. The material appears to be hardwearing and the zips are good quality. It is better than I expected and is good value for money.

I used it for my stage make-up and was extremely sad when it got nicked with all the make-up inside. I suppose they thought that there was jewellery in the bag.
