Awful customer service
Bought the Dragonfly, mainly for scrolling left / right. Unfortunately these are on the secondary buttons which are a little more fiddly to locate with your foot rather than the large primary button. Downloaded the software to programme them differently. On a Mac this is greeted with “malicious content cannot be verified”. Emailed the help desk three times and got the same reply “watch the video”. This doesn’t address the issue. In the end I risked it. The Dragonfly pairs easily to the Mac. It shows it’s connected and works using the secondary button, the software, however merely shows “disconnected” and won’t let you programme anything. After weeks of fruitless trying sent it back for a refund. However, I did buy a Firefly, which requires no programming and works out of the box without having to contact the manufacturer, which is a bonus, as they are unhelpful and a little unfriendly.

Funktioniert in Verbindung mit einem iPad einwandfrei
Ich benutze den PageFlip ausschließlich zum Blättern in Noten und Partituren. Meist in Verbindung mit ForScore auf einem iPad Pro. Die Verbindung war innerhalb von Sekunden hergestellt und wenn man die Beleuchtung am PageFlip deaktiviert, halten die Batterien auch wochenlang. Kann ich empfehlen!

High quality, sturdy and multifunctional
The pedal is everything I hoped for: quality, sturdy and multi functional. I totally recommend it. Probably is the very top page flipper out there. I’d guy it again if I had too. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Quality Product
Worked just as the documentation states. Several nice features. The sleep feature saves battery life. I also appreciated the quality support. Using it to scroll up or down and for volume up down. Very responsive. I tried a less expensive option that worked but was not as reliable.

Mauvaise version reçue!
Mon expérience : Attention, la dragonfly annoncée est supposée être compatible avec l'application Android pour configurer le tourne-page et est supposée être muni d'un port et un fil USB-C, ce qui correspond à la version 5. Malheureusement , j'ai reçu la Version 4 qui est dotée d'un port et fil micro-USB et elle n'est pas compatible avec l'application Android. J'ai contacté le vendeur pour signaler l'erreur : silence radio total, aucun retour de sa part. J'ai pensé la retourner pour en commander une nouvelle mais rien ne m'assure que j'aurais reçu la version 5 cette fois-ci et le prix avait augmenté de $15. J'ai donc décidé de garder la version 4 car malgré que ce soit l'ancien modèle, elle fonctionne très bien et est très fiable et performante. De plus, j'ai pu la configurer grâce à l'application Mobile Sheet et j'utilise des piles plutôt que de la connecter via le port micro -USB fragile. Grâce au service client d'Amazon (et non au vendeur), j'ai pu obtenir un dédommagement pour la version obsolète. Si vous voulez absolument la technologie USB-C et l'app Android récente, sachez que ça se peut que vous ne receviez pas la version annoncée .
