After reading reviews, I was scared to buy this through Amazon. There were reviews indicating how the product dried their hair out and wasn’t authentic.I’m glad that I ordered the product recommended by my stylist. It’s an easy way to maintain shiny hair between salon visits. It smells nice too.It’s important to use this after shampooing and on towel dried hair. You don’t need gloves to apply. Your hair should be generous coated with the product. You leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse off. Condition your hair afterwards.I noticed shinier hair immediately. I use this several times a month to maintain shine. The shine is more noticeable on straight vs curly hair.

Do not buy! Terrible customer service, bad product
Based on reviews, I think I must have received inferior product. Customer service said no return because I've used the product, so I'm throwing in in the garbage. Followed directions precisely, however it dried out my hair, and left it LESS shiny.
