Great quality but 3 stars for price
Quality wise these are great and they arrived quick but had I not been in a rush for them I would not have paid $13.99. Size and color variety was great and worked wonderfully for our project.

Super cute shamrocks and the glue on them is good I tested one by putting it on the back of my hand and wore it all day even through many hand washes .
