Great durable cup for coffee at home or on the go.. does stain over time but ... well its coffee ya know. Silicon sleeve allows you to carry while hot. We own two now. And such a pretty pattern..it does make you smile :-)

It is excellent!

The design and colors were beautiful. Perfect size and weight. Liked the cup sleeve and also that the lid had a tab to cover the drinking hole to keep beverage hot. Unfortunately when I opened the box, I discovered the cup was cracked. However, bc of the defect, Amazon customer service rep (Jillian) immediately refunded me the cost of the cup. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. I’ll probably take a chance and place another cup order bc I really did like the design, color, size and weight. I have nothing to lose with Amazon’s great customer service!

The actual coffee mug/cup is fine. The rubber lid is okay, but the opening for the liquid, for me, is too small.I should have paid attention that this item was not returnable.

I received this as a mother's day gift and did not open it to use it until mid-June. The cup is beautiful but was cracked. The idea of an eco-friendly bamboo fiber cup is great, but disappointing that it is not a sturdy alternative.

I love this cup and the designs. Not only does it keep things hot, it also keeps things cold I use one for ice water and it stays cold for a long time. Its my favorite coffee cup because it resembles a paper cup. On their website, they have replaceable parts. The cups are stylish and I get a lot of people asking where I got it.

Great cup but only 4 stars bc it needs to be bigger

I really like the look but doesn’t keep beverages hot. Maybe for an hour or so, after that drinks become cold- sorry I really like the look and cleaning ability though.

入院中に使うために購入しました。シリコンが巻いてあるので持ちやすいです。よくあるリユーザブルカップは使い捨てのものを模倣してフタが白いことがほとんどなのですが、これはフタに色がついているのでリップがついても気にならないところも気に入りました。

コップの内壁にはひび割れが入っちゃった。返品してもらった後再購入と思ったら、値段が1000円も高くなった…諦めようとした。残念( T_T)

仕事場で使おうと購入しました。やはり蓋にホコリが付きやすいです。蓋のゴムの匂いが強めでコーヒーを飲む時に蓋のゴムの匂いを嗅ぐ事になり美味しさが半減。また届いた時からカップのふちが小さく欠けていました。使用するのに問題はありませんが少し残念な気持ちになりました。保温性は全くありません。なんなら冷めやすいように思います。せめてゴムの匂いが無ければ…。

これは買って失敗でした。シリコンの蓋にとてもホコリがくっつくので、カバンに入れると汚い感じになって…ただ商品としてのデザインはすごく素敵です。使い方によるのかな？

Good quality, durable with a beautiful design. I love my eco cup and have had several people ask me about it. The only slight downside is the rubberised lid attracts a lot of dust/fluff so needs cleaning before use each time.
