They have adjustable belt-like straps that adjust from a size small to large. We have had several of our models who range in size from 5'1 -110lbs to 5'10 -160lbs. Harnesses fit these models perfectly. For our model who is a 5'3 and 95lbs, we had to add an extra notch to the adjustable belt strap to make a tighter fit. We found it easiest if you take a pair of a nail clipper, fold the belt strap in half like you would if you were cutting out a snowflake of paper, and cut a small v into the leather.
