Don't waste your time/money
When we first set it up, the sound had some static - I could live with it.Two weeks later it just stopped working for no reason. Don't waste your time/money.In addition, I have been trying to contact the seller for a refund - have not heard back!

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM IN SEPT THE 2ND DAY 20210 BUY THE LAST PART OF NOV. IT NO LONGER WORKED ,I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS REPAIRED BUT AFTER A FEW TIMES TRYING TO CONTACT NAXA I GAVE UP!! IM NOW OUT OF MY PURCHASE PRICE 109.99 AND AT THE SAME TIME MAY BE A WEEK OR SO PRIOR I BOUGHT THE NAXA H.D TV WITH DVD WELL AFTER A MONTH THE DVD PLAYER STOPPED WORKING,I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW NAXA DO YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

I would highly recommended
I can set the time or performing certain features on the Machine other than that it's okay but I would highly recommend it

Two bad experiences
I purchased two of these units as gifts. Coincidentally, each worked fine for just under an hour and for no apparent reason suddenly stopped and cannot be turned back on. These experiences cooincide with those of the previous reviewer. Clearly these units must share a common manufacturing defect. I would not recommend purchasing this 'Made in China' product.

Will not even turn on
its not working and getting no response from NAXA customer service. Wont turn on. No response from remote either. It appears to be a recurring problem according to research. should have researched before.

Stopped working
I also have this item but I am giving it 2 stars and not 1 because I was lucky. Mine worked for about 5 months so I got to use it longer then the other reviews on here. It just stopped working for no reason.
