Smartrip Heavy Duty Adjustable Luggage Strap Suitcase Travel Belt Rainbow

I ordered the strap that is marked "green" but is actually shades of blue and grey (the color I wanted). It came as pictured, not as described (thankfully, because I didn't see the description!).The strap I received was used to wrap vertically around a 26" suitcase. It went around easily and there was enough room to put another small carry-on atop the suitcase had I wanted to.Looking at the strap, it survived three flights and 23 hours of either sitting beneath planes or being handled by the luggage belts and baggage handlers. There was very little evidence of fraying, though if you look at the portion where it is tightened/loosened, you can see that it was slightly damaged. I would consider this normal wear and tear and not worth taking off a star for.I will be purchasing additional straps to go horizontally and two for another suitcase.

We bought these because we were moving and packing our suitcases to the gills. I previously used straps, but not the kind that could be easily removed (TSA be curious sometimes). These flew from Colorado to the Big Island of Hawaii and they came through like troopers. I used a pair in each of the suitcases and while I had to practically unwind them all the way, they did go all around our overstuffed large suitcases both vertically and laterally.

Mine came with the clear/translucent plastic buckle, which I like better than the standard black. Pictures in the listing showed black plastic buckle but the thumbnail in my shopping cart showed the clear buckle version... Either way, fits my Samsonite 26" hard sided bag both vertically and horizontally, with 4-5 inches to spare when done vertically.

Perfect luggage strap! Works great - adjustable, strong and makes it easy to identify your luggage.

These worked really great with our new luggage set and set it apart from all the other straps on the carousel .

Works well, both to provide additional support for our soft luggage, and to help identify our suitcase in the airport.
