This looks good and can be easily installed on wood or even vinyl windows. Very happy with the purchase. Use instructions correctly, consult your local code and be aware of fire safety regulations in your house or area (since this would limit escape too so you must use it in accordance with your local safety measures. Really expensive but they work well. I just wish I didn't have Anderson windows because the competitor's are much cheaper but don't work on Anderson windows so you are stuck.

I have Andersen dual hung windows and I. tried installing these and the glass cracked. The reason I bought these were because I thought they would be compatible with my windows. But sadly not!

Easy to install. Functional but somewhat expensive.
