Useless expensive trash
Bought this thinking it will not do much... And that's exactly what it did. Didn't do anything except make my body smell. Odors I can smell from my body, no one mentioned they can smell it on me, it's faint but it's there.It didn't help in any way for my ear... Just as I expected.Don't know why I spent all this money on this knowing that it will do nothing for me...I pretty much hoped I was wrong, but i was right.. Again

Avoid heartburn with this supplement
I have not been taking ProHieran with the antacid my doctor prescribed, because antacids interact with some other medicines. A dose is 4 capsules in the morning. I have had great success in preventing the burning in my throat, by taking 1 capsule at a time throughout my breakfast--spacing several bites between capsules.

It works for me
I used this for a year while I lived in Dallas for Ménière’s disease. I couldn’t find it until recently and give it time it does work amazing for inner ear health. Just ordered again.
