Beware of what you are getting, and what your are not!
Beware! although the item picture shows the red measuring beam. It is not included ... you just get the plastic arms. They should have identified that the beam was not included.

Woodpecker caliper tool review
I was surprised the tool must be tilted slightly to take a reading. I think a slight change of design could have avoided this. Otherwise it does the job, it is an add on to the story stick..
